Best car buying experience I’ve ever had DJ was fantastic! The dealership bent over backwards to make me happy. 2 hours & the deal was done & I was on my way home. Easy buying process in Cullman I recently bought a used GMC van from Tony Serra. Haley answered my call literally as soon as their hours of operation began. She asked which vehicle I was interested in and called me back within 10 minutes to let me know if my offer was accepted. I was shopping a few other dealers in the state but every time I called, Haley promptly responded with all questions/concerns addressed. The decision to do business with them was a no brainer. They even had the best financing rates. We drove from Tuscaloosa the next morning and the staff opened early to accomodate our travel needs. After test driving the vehicle I could tell the tires needed balancing and an alignment was also necessary. They immediately took it to the shop and took care of the issues with no additional charges. All paperwork was prepared before our arrival. Every member of the staff was kind and efficient. Haley had everything lined up just as she promised. If not for the tire issues I would have been in and out in under an hour. We were back in Tuscaloosa before noon and were able to still get in half a days work. I will be checking with Tony Serra FIRST the next time I’m in the market for another vehicle. I would recommend anyone that appreciates efficiency and professionalism to do the same. More
