Yall keep my car for almost a month no one would call me to give me a up date I would have to call y’all and the Service manager would act like it pissed him off when I would call then after I picked it up, to give me a up date I would have to call y’all and the Service manager would act like it pissed him off when I would call then after I picked it up, I had to immediately return it because the noise was still there when the paperwork said they did a full inspection on it then had it two more weeks to fix that Problem. I was not happy with the service I received and also warranty would not fix the check engine light saying there was trash in the The event control valve when y’all are the only ones that have worked on this car and it should’ve been covered under the warranty that I bought when I bought the car because y’all had to replace the motor five days after I bought it so far as me being happy with Nissan, no I am not. I purchased my Kicks in August & love it. A couple weeks ago the climate system started roaring while it was turned in. I took it in on Oct 19th and Mandolyn Powell greeted me with a smile, A couple weeks ago the climate system started roaring while it was turned in. I took it in on Oct 19th and Mandolyn Powell greeted me with a smile, listened to my description of the problem & got it right on in. Turns out a squirrel had decided to build a house in the cabin filter. Mandolin brought the existing one to show me, acorns, link insulation & all & explained what was causing it. The tech cleaned it out & put in a new filter. Saturday I got in to go to work & the zone dial wouldn’t turn all the way, the vents didn’t blow & the roar was back plus the fan rattled. I took it back in Monday morning & left it. Apparently during Friday night, Rocky the squirrel got his friends to help him move back in & acorns were blocking the air intake & heater box. They put another cabin filter on & got me back on the road. The charges were reasonable. They took excellent care of me & my squirrel problem. More
Let me start by saying that I am a repeat customer to the dealership. I am on my 3rd Rogue in 10 years. I currently drive a 2017 Rogue and I needed to have the battery replaced for the 3rd time in 7 years. I dealership. I am on my 3rd Rogue in 10 years. I currently drive a 2017 Rogue and I needed to have the battery replaced for the 3rd time in 7 years. I called the service department to make an appointment to have it checked out. I ended up going back and forth with the service department several times about my battery warranty. The manufacturer sticker showed it 10/22 but I was being told it was installed in 12/21. We finally established that the battery was replaced in 11/22 and was indeed under warranty I made appointment for next morning to have it replaced. My appointment was for 8am on Saturday morning. I called almost 7 hours after my appointment time to see if it was ready to be picked up and was told not yet and that it actually isn't under full warranty so I would have to pay the prorated warranty price for the battery. I then had to explain the situation to the service department and we verified again that my battery was replaced in 11/22. I was then told that they would call me when it was ready to be picked up. My husband called an hour later and was told that they didn't have any in stock and it wouldn't be ready until Wednesday. I called back and asked to talk to a manager or general manager and no one was available. Luckily, I talked with Ashtin in the service department and she was able to get me a loaner car. She was nervous that she would get in trouble for doing so. I told her that I would be happy to talk to whoever if she got reprimanded. However, the loaner car I was given had all sorts of lights on. I asked if the car was safe to drive and was told that it's just sensor issues due to it being wrecked in the January ice storm and they had just put air in the tires. When I got home, I realized that there was actually a spare tire on the car. My husband took the car back up there on Monday morning and got me something safer to drive. The overall customer service was horrible. Poor communication between me and dealership as well as within the different departments. When I decide to trade in, I will not buy another Nissan. More
I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Brought my own oil and told the lady i had it. They charged me $99 for the service. On my bill it listed 5 quarts of oil. When i asked about it they Brought my own oil and told the lady i had it. They charged me $99 for the service. On my bill it listed 5 quarts of oil. When i asked about it they said i had to pay $99 for the service whether i had my own oil or not. So this cost me $130 because i had my own oil. I was told that's how they do things now and didn't offer to discount my bill at all. When i told them i would be getting my service done elsewhere they acted like they didn't care. I will not be back. Also they told me they only used 4 quarts in my car but charge for 5. I felt sorry for Mandolyn. She was doing her job. I can't remember the name of the lady that told me all this. She was a little rude. They also changed my email address so no one in management could do a follow up. If i get a new Nissan i will probably get it at another deal. More

Mandolyn P. helped me with my service. She was very friendly and made me aware of all that my vehicle needed and charges prior to service. The only suggestion I helped me with my service. She was very friendly and made me aware of all that my vehicle needed and charges prior to service. The only suggestion I have is when a customer comes back to get their vehicle, that their windows aren't left down with the car being in the parking lot. I had items in the car that were expensive and could have been stolen. Thankfully that was not the case. More
Meet Mr. Scamala. The manager at Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman that refused to talk to me and refused to give me his name. Based off the scam he is trying to Scamala. The manager at Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman that refused to talk to me and refused to give me his name. Based off the scam he is trying to run on good folks, I can see why he didn’t want to give me his name. I went in to purchase a vehicle from Tony Serra Nissan and told them all they have to do is treat me fairly and I won’t haggle with them. We can both walk away satisfied. One of the first things I told the sales rep was that I do not need the warranty and wouldn’t purchase the vehicle with a $4,300 warranty that is worthless. I told them up front that I have the means to take care of anything that might happen. When we sat down at the negotiating table, the warranty comes back into play. I told my sales rep that I would walk out if they cannot remove the warranty. He said he understood and marked it off the paper and promised me they wouldn’t charge the warranty. He asked what my credit score was and I told them I have no idea and didn’t need to know, I can get the best rate available without an issue. He says ok and they go back to the manger’s office to work up numbers. At this time one of their floor managers, Jason, comes out with my sales rep. He says “I have a great deal for you. You can get the car with 2k down and $670 a month”. The car I was purchasing was listed at $29,000 and they were giving me $52,500 for my trade (low but that’s ok) and I owed $56,853 so there was $4,353. I was putting $2k down so the $2,353 was added to the price plus the doc fee of $799 (I agreed to pay the doc fee without haggling because I’m cool with people making money). I asked how he was getting to the $670 a month number but the math ain’t mathin. He was hesitant to tell me that my interest rate was 8.3 but I eventually got that out of him and after I used my interest rate calculator I figured out that there was an extra $4k in there somewhere. Guess what it was…. THE WARRANTY THAT I HAD ALREADY TOLD THEM I WOULD NOT DO THE DEAL IF IT WERE IN THERE. At this point, I told them that they were trying to scam me on a high interest rate and add the warranty back in there. Jason apologized and said that Mr. Scamala made him add it back in. He comes back and magically got my interest rate down to 6.3 and removed the warranty. I told him at this point I wouldn’t do a deal unless Mr. Scamala come out and talk to me. Of course he refused like a natural born scammer while hiding in his office. I leave and on my way home I receive a call from my rep apologizing for the managers actions and wanted to know if I would come back and do a deal. I respected the fact that he called and went back to do the deal. And frankly I’m tired of looking at vehicles. I agree to pay 2k and finance $33k. By this time we have a screaming baby and have been there for five hours and I’m ready to leave. I get home and look at the paperwork and notice one page showed the amount owes was $33k and the itemized page had me financing $35,293. THEY ADDED A ROADSIDE HAZARD FOR $2,293 that apparently covers your tires. Do you know how many tires I can buy for $2,300 dollars… I called up there and talked to the finance manager and he stated that that was not part of the deal and his paperwork showed that I was financing $33,000. I had to point him to the page where this was added. He said “ I don’t know how that got in there. That wasn’t supposed to be on there.” He redid the paperwork and took it off. If you’re doing the math, that’s $4,300 warranty, $2,300 roadside hazard (no xxxxxxx would need) plus the interest on those that they tried to get on a 8.3, that’s over $10k of my hard earned money that they tried to scam me out of. This one hits home because it was in our home town. I pride my self in offering the Cullman community the best value and selling with integrity. I feel obligated to ride scammers from the sales culture of Cullman. My dad taught me a long time ago that pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered. It’s time for More
