The service I received was nothing short of amazing! ! I was in Cullman visiting my mother in the hospital when my air conditioning quit working on a 100 degree day. I was scheduled to drive back to Illi ! I was in Cullman visiting my mother in the hospital when my air conditioning quit working on a 100 degree day. I was scheduled to drive back to Illinois the next morning so I went to the dealership to see if they could help. Chuck expedited the part, Mandolyn got me scheduled and kept me informed, and Rose drove me to and from the hospital to spend time with my ill mother during the 3 hours that the repair was being done. I can't say enough about how kind and considerate these people were. If I lived in Alabama, this dealership would be where I would buy my next Nissan!!! More

The staff is very friendly. The service was good and was reasonably priced. Two plus hours is a bit long for an oil change. My previous dealership had a "Fast Lane" for basic service that kept the visit under a half hour. That would be a nice addition. I'll happily bring my truck back here for other service in the future, but I'll likely get my oil changes at a "10 Minute Oil Change" place. More
