3997 add on protection plan and "no refundable" powertrain warranty on every vehicle. Even if you don't want loadjack and a tracker system. Better yet I'd just stay away, if it's at a Serra dealership add $4000 to the advertised price at minimum. Also, even though the vehicle may have listed amenities on their add doesn't mean it will come with them. More
I don't even want to give one star! I bought a car about 2 months ago. Engine light came on before I even got out of Cullman. Was told your dealership would fix the car. Was then sent to Huntsville Bill Penny because Catalytic Convertor is bad. Bill penny said it has an aftermarket Catalytic convertor. They did nothing to fix it. So I went back to Tony where Rhett said Chuck would order parts and fix the car. Almost 2 months later nothing, was told parts are hard to get. NOTHING! I called Mitsubishi in Biringham and they said 2 days for parts. I have reached out to Rhett and to parts again today June 15th was told they would look into why the parts arent there and they would call me right back. ONCE AGAIN I GET NOTHING! I am also seeking consultation for Lemon law on this dealership if you all can't make this right. I have a planned trip out of state soon and my car is not fixed! Also the A/C quit working today. More
Super-friendly and courteous personnel. Clean waiting area and restrooms. Arrived a few minutes before scheduled appointment, and car was processed exactly when scheduled. No attempts to upsale me on work that wasn’t a necessity. Work completed and car returned in under an hour (oil change / tire rotation / general inspection). Great job .. great staff !! Mike and Cody were super helpful. Had a bit of miscommunication at the beginning but they got me in something I was happy in. And that I will definitely keep. My other car was Great but I hated the color and remote start didn't work half the time when I paid 800 for it. Cody and Jody even helped me clean out my car Mike did too I just had massive stomach surgery for the 2nd time in 6 months 6 weeks ago so I was unable to get my seat covers off by myself. They answered all my questions and I will definitely be back if and when we come back to purchase our truck in a few months. Exceptional service More
