I felt very pressured My whole reason for trade-in in my vehicle was to get into something at a lower price. I was towed I could get into something for 450 or lower by the time I left I wound up with almost vehicle was to get into something at a lower price. Refused to believe what I said. Was defiant. Cold and unfriendly. I don't want to use this service department for the car!!! I love the car, but had trouble with a backseat sensor. Was defiant.
