I was told that my car might not be ready until the following week because the techs usual use weekends to catch up on jobs that had previously put aside. She smiled and said no, it just depended on how in-depth the task was. By the way, they were repairing for a recall. In about an hour, she called and said my car was ready! I was so thankful! Above and beyond service!! More
