No one greeted me when I walked up to the counter. One girl stared at the computer and the other one stared at me until I initiated the conversation. Once done, she handed me my keys and said to pay here. I asked what all they did because the total was higher than anticipated. They charge me for a tire rotation again & I had to ask for it to be removed due to the tires being bought there. One done, they parked my car in an unusual spot & didn't point me in the direction of where to go. They normally say 'you're parked on this side' or 'you're parked down that aisle'. So, me and my4 year old had to walk around hitting the lock button until I heard it. More
