Whenever it comes time for us to purchase a vehicle again it will be from Mason for as long as he’s in the business! He cared so much about building a relationship with us instead of telling us what we wante it will be from Mason for as long as he’s in the business! He cared so much about building a relationship with us instead of telling us what we wanted to hear just to get us to buy the car. By the time we left we felt like we’d made a new friend! There was a few times we had an issue with our monthly payments being way more than what we wanted to pay, but Mason understood and didn’t push us at all. Everyone was so very helpful, especially Dan! Dan done whatever he could to get us driving away with the car we wanted and cared so much to have us be the happiest customers walking away with it. We spent around 5 hours at the dealership over the span of a couple days, but not one time did we dread the process. If we had to do it all over again we most definitely would. It was such a calm, relaxing and friendly environment just because of the people working there. Everyone was so welcoming and cared to stop and have a conversation with you! This is the place we will go from now on, and if anyone mentions they’re needing a new car, Tony Serra Nissan in Cullman will be our very first recommendation! More

I had an A/c problem. I had thought the compressor had gone bad ( the car was 20 years old) and was told I was correct. They offered to replace the compressor with a Niss I had thought the compressor had gone bad ( the car was 20 years old) and was told I was correct. They offered to replace the compressor with a Nissan part ( over $1200 and a one year warranty ) or an Autozone part ( $500 with a warranty estimated to be 2-5 years or possibly lifetime . ) With those two choices I opted for the Autozone compressor and did ask they not discard the old factory compressor but return to me after completion. The work was completed in 48 hours . As I drove away I realized they failed to return my used compressor to me . I also realized I had no receipt from Autozone and no idea of how long the part was really warranted for. The total bill came to a bit more than $1200. I was prepared for this but did expect my old compressor to be returned and some way to know about the warranty on the new compressor. More
