I was passing through AL, coming from FL heading toward KY when my car broke down. It was on a Saturday 30 minutes before they closed for the day and they were closed on Sunday. We had to stay at a hotel f KY when my car broke down. It was on a Saturday 30 minutes before they closed for the day and they were closed on Sunday. We had to stay at a hotel for two days that was unexpected. On Monday morning. Brian from the service team called me to share with me the problem and the approximate time to fix it. He also arranged for someone to pick us up from the hotel and drive us back to pick up the car. My car was ready by 11:00 a.m. Everyone from the service team was very helpful. More

I bought a used vehicle for work I needed immediately so I wanted to schedule the repairs needed like a headlight that is required when driving anywhere but the service department never got back with me to I wanted to schedule the repairs needed like a headlight that is required when driving anywhere but the service department never got back with me to repair the headlight bulb I called several times I was told they would contact me to resolve this issue still to this day no one has contacted me I feel you guys think since it said As Is you think it isn’t your responsibility I just wanted to express my concern base on this. I think isn’t that big of a deal. I hope you can do Better. Based on that I will not be returning Tony Serra Nissan because I would hate for there to be something major and be treated this way More
