Most of the people who work there are really nice. However, my last vehicle was only ever serviced there and my tires were "rotated" each time the car was serviced. Come to find out, my tires weren't However, my last vehicle was only ever serviced there and my tires were "rotated" each time the car was serviced. Come to find out, my tires weren't getting rotated at all. They were brand new, 20,000 miles on them when I had to get rid of the car. From the lack of rotating them, they ended up cupping. Which I have found out is only caused by being on the same axle to long. If you're going to charge people for services, then for goodness sakes, do the dang work! More
