They charge way too much for services rendered. Was gonna charge my mom $300 to replace an interior door handle. When I got my oil changed they told me they'd replace a serpentine belt for me for o Was gonna charge my mom $300 to replace an interior door handle. Which is rediculous. As far as kindness and helpfulness, everyone was nice. More
Great service, great coffee, and friendly faces. My only complaint is that I waited a little longer than I was expecting, but it allowed me to get caught up on some emails, so it wasn't bad. I always have the same service, oil change and tires rotated and balances. Not one single time have I been charged the same. Some times it's free, sometimes it's over $100, sometimes it's around $90. If someone buys a car from you, bits extra warranty, you make them bring the car in for service or your warranty is void. Yet you charge them for this basic service.
