Very responsive and willing to help A week ago I had a major problem with my 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. There was a leak in the heater system and needed an immediate fix. They took the van in and gave me a loaner car to use during the repair as I had no other transportation for the day. The work was completed in a few hours, and though it cost more in labor than the part itself, they did give me a good deal on the labor as the did not have to do as much work as on a similar project. Today, they are repairing a door handle that was found to be broken when we purchased the vehicle in July. Though they forgot to tell us the part was in, they brought me home in a shuttle so I could get other work done. They will be picking me up again when the work is finished. More

Best Service in the Valley I took my car in for a recall so, I wasn't even a "paying" customer. I needed a ride home, since my car had to be there for 2 1/2 hrs. Their shuttle service was quick in taking me to and from, wherever I needed to go. They dropped me off at home and shortly after I had to run my baby to the drs. and even though they just dropped me off, they were more than happy to come back and grab me. When we got back to the Automall to pick up our car, I had to wait a bit in the waiting room where they had yummy (complimentary) popcorn and fountain drinks with a movie playing. It made it a lot easier to manage my little kids. When my car was done, they even washed it for me, for free. More
