Adam listened to our vehicle wish list, mileage goals, budget and suggested a vehicle that met our needs without trying to talk us into alternative vehicles. Adam made certain we left the lot familiar with our vehicle's features and an understanding of how to operate them properly. Rob patiently explained the extended warranty options in language both informative and easy to understand. Neither of these gentlemen came across as fake or pushy. More

Easy to deal with, great overall experience. I recently bought a jeep at Toothman in grafton. I had seen a jeep online and put a request for them to call me. The very next morning I received a call from Tyler. He was professional, nice, and easy to deal with. Over the next week we stayed in touch and I ended up buying another jeep that was on the lot. When I went to pick it up I came on Tyler's day off and Donnie the floor manager stepped in and finished the paperwork. He had it all but done when we came in and made it very easy to complete. Overall I would recommend anyone to shop for their next vehicle at Toothman ford and I hope you get lucky enough to deal with Tyler or Donnie. More

A long drive but well worth it. I have always been a Ford guy. After three days of searching the "net" I knew exactly what I wanted, an Eddie Bauer Explorer. After another day of se I have always been a Ford guy. After three days of searching the "net" I knew exactly what I wanted, an Eddie Bauer Explorer. After another day of searching, I found (from New York to Florida) 8 or 9 that were worth consideration. The best of the lot was at Toothman Ford. All the other dealers I contacted left me with the impression that they wanted to sell me a car, any car. When I spoke to Sam at Toothman, I got the impression that he wanted to help me find the car that I wanted and he would do everything he could to make that happen. Sam contacted me the next day and described the car he had. It was EXACTLY what I was looking for. Sight unseen, based on what Sam described, I put a deposit on the car. My neighbor drove me 2 1/2 hours to Toothman. When I saw the car, I couldn't believe it. It was pristine, mint, like it had just come off the showroom floor. Sam's description , to say the least, was extremely conservative. Sam and Rob put everything together in less than an hour and I was on my way, one very happy camper. I have been buying cars for over 50 years. This has been my absolute best buying experience. Thank you Sam. Thank you Rob Thank you Toothman Ford. More
