We recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and the experience since then has been extremely concerning—especially from a safety standpoint. Within days of owning the vehicle, multiple serious issues became apparent: The driver-side windshield wiper flew off while driving in heavy rain on the interstate The brakes have been making noise and feel unsafe, and the condition worsened after the rotors were resurfaced Fluids were not properly maintained at the time of sale (including low brake fluid and coolant, and overfilled oil) The vehicle hesitates, jerks, and has shown signs of transmission issues at low speeds These are not minor inconveniences—these are safety-related problems that should have been addressed before the vehicle was ever sold. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with dealership management, including the General Manager, and have not been met with a meaningful effort to correct the situation. The lack of urgency and accountability is extremely disappointing given the potential risk to the driver and others on the road. At this point, we are pursuing formal complaints with consumer protection agencies and safety regulators. We strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership thoroughly inspect the vehicle and ensure all safety systems are properly functioning before leaving the lot. Was looking at their online inventory, and then I saw a post by one of their salesmen online, Jonathan. Goes by spittinbarssellincars on Facebook. He's standing in front of one their trucks and the caption reads: "what are you going to do when all these $1000/m payments get repo'd?" and the next slide is him walking toward the camera with a smug look and a wave of the hand "buy them back at a repo auction and sell them on the used lot twice" #sellthesamecartwice This appears to be a shocking admission of the blatantly abusive attitude held by this dealership towards its customers. Absolutely disgusting. No wonder they don't have a Google Review board, it would be in the absolute tank. Find another dealership, one that at least pretends to give a xxxx about you as a customer. It was a great experience and everyone was friendly and not trying to be pushy or take advantage of you like some dealerships .
