About 6 months ago we had our vehicle in for service. The service team was changing personnel. Our vehicle sat for 5 weeks with no answers. We decided to try this dealership one more time. From the start Christian new his job. He was, professional, communicated the status of our vehicle. When the issue was identified he immediately called to notify me of the work. Christian restored my faith in Towbin Dodge. I,m a 3RD generation dodge owner. I was considering changing brands. This experience restored that faith in the Dodge vehicles, and service. This isn’t my first time dealing with them but it’ll probably be my last. First time my engine blew and my supercharger had to be rebuilt. Customer service is ok. Excessively long wait times for repairs probably be my last. First time my engine blew and my supercharger had to be rebuilt. Customer service is ok. Excessively long wait times for repairs. I wanted to get my radio fixed as the speakers have stopped playing any sound and they said 3-5 business days which is way too long. I spent over 100k with them and it doesn’t feel like they really care too much about helping me with a defect with the car. More
