Great Service! I had to take my Jeep Patriot in for a Recall, Joshua was very helpful when I dropped my Jeep off and kept me updated thru the process. I had to get a rental car and they provided a shuttle to Enterprise and back from Enterprise the following day when I could go to pick up my Jeep. The repair took about 2 hours, but because I was at work I could not get it until the next day and that was fine. I have had nothing but great experiences with the Team at Towbin since I got my Jeep! Best service department ever My truck went into limp mode while I was in town for a job interview, Andrae and Amel got my truck in immediately and helped me with a car rental whic My truck went into limp mode while I was in town for a job interview, Andrae and Amel got my truck in immediately and helped me with a car rental which eased my stress with the entire situation, I was told it would just be a diagnostic fee of $169 I believe, but it turned out to be related to a recall that was on the vehicle and they did not charge me the fee or for the rental car, yes it was still a 4 hour drive to go back to pick up my truck but they honestly made the situation as smooth as possible, I’ve used a few different Dodge service departments out here in California and none of them have been that fast and knowledgeable in repairing my truck, and customer service is second to none at Towbin, I will definitely be making that drive for any of my future service work (yes it’s worth it) and maybe my new truck will be purchased there as well. Thanks Amel and Andrae for everything, keep it up!!! More
