Firs Car dealership purchase gone wrong, lemon alert On march 19th i purchased a used 2013 Dodge Dart Sxt 2.0L. During the sale process i had found out would need to put a down payment of $1,000 down to be considered for financing. I told Maria i had been offered a better deal and wanted to shop around a bit, told her i wanted to go check out a couple cars sold cash for title person to person personaly owned vehicles, etc... as well as visit a couple smaller lots. After walking out Maria had followed me and literally begged and pleaded asking what she would have to do to get my business. Next she had mentioned if i buy from a personally owned vehicle, i wouldnt have any warranty or peace of mind like i would have if i purchase from her., and told me the 2013 Dodge Dart had 68,000 miles on it been fully inspected,smogged so i would have no worries there. Then she said if the car were to break down or require work everything would be covered by Dodge, and would be given loaner vehicle, instead of leaving me paying to fix the car and get rent a car personally. She proceeded to promise i was getting a great running car that had just been serviced, inspected, great interior and that it had very low miles for a 2013. She continued on about how great the interior and flatscreen in dash stereo is and no worries getting it to pass smog and no worries about having to put the car in the shop any time soon, and have to pour more money into it right after purchasing it. She had then said most importantly the warranty is what your really paying for. Which would keep me from going out of pocket to fix any problems. Especially after putting $1,000 down on car and payments of $234 monthly i realized it would be the best purchase for me. Well not even 1 week passed and i had to take to Dodge service department. Who had told me i would need all new motor mounts & pan guard under vehicle plastic chassis guard costing over $1,000 with parts and labor and that i had to pay it all . Come to find out it has a bad pulley as well. Its only been 2 weeks since purchased and im wishing i never walked in and met Maria and her staff. Empty lies and promises ruined my first car buying experience More

Won’t Go Back Made an appointment for some recalls and another issue on my vehicle and provided the vin number. Drove over 250 miles to basically find out after the service department had my vehicle for several hours they didn't have all the parts for the recalls and I would have to leave my vehicle from Friday until Tuesday for my concerns to be resolved. I explained that would not work and I would have to reschedule as I was told when making the appointment it would be resolved that day. The guy then said they don't like to do jobs like the one needed in Friday's because it is the end of the week. They do not accommodate the customer and what is the point of scheduling for recalls when they don't have the parts knowing what the recalls are when they had my vin number. So disappointed and a wasted trip and wasted money. More

This is the second vehicle I've taken there for repair only for their employees to create additional repair costs then refuse to cover those new costs. My service advisor Josh was a pleasure to work with and had a common sense grasp of the situation. However, his manager Greg apparently doesn't let his advisors use common sense and Greg has no comprehension of quality customer satisfaction. If it's realistic the issue occurred while you, the dealership, had the vehicle then it's realistic you, the dealership, should cover the additional repair costs. More
Will not stop calling I have never bought a vehicle from this dealership. I had some work done once on a vehicle I no longer own. Which in the State of Nevada is Illegal without giving prior consent. Which I have never given. I just called the Service manager to complain and he put the phone down and ignored my call. He was rude and terrible. My family has been in the Car business since the early 1920's. I can not believe how much of an ordeal this is. STOP calling me. I will certainly NEVER bring any vehicle I own to a company that can't understand simple as simple as remove me from a call list which I have been try to get removed from for 9 months. More
