HORRIBLE I would absolutely stay AWAY from Tobwin Dodge. In TWO years, they replaced my Engine, Turbo, transmission TWICE. And my car was a 2013 and was onl I would absolutely stay AWAY from Tobwin Dodge. In TWO years, they replaced my Engine, Turbo, transmission TWICE. And my car was a 2013 and was only a couple years old at the time. The staff was always SO horrible, acted like I was bugging then for updates on my car that they had for over TWO weeks. They would keep my car for weeks on end, never making me a priority even after all the problems I had. I Never Had a rental car... Imagine spending all this money paying for a newer car that 1/3 of the time is at the dealership getting "repaired".. And I'm bumming rides off my mom. One time I got a rental but it took going to the top manager of the whole dealership ( Not the service manager). Even the service manager (Could be a different manager now) was horribly horribly rude and downa right disrespectful. Never returns calls When promised. The whole staff was just a joke. Exept my last experience was with Amel, who totally was amazing. When I worked with Amel, he kept his word and my car was finished before it was scheduled to be! And it wasn't dirty like Every time before. They even scratched the plastic on my dash one time and totally dirtied my door that it stained. Tobwin Dodge is no longer that Hip cool show you seen on TV. They are now a struggling business with immature employees (except Amel). I sold my xxxx dart and Go Me A CHEVY!! My total experience was SO bad that I didnt want anything to do with dodge or anything under the Chrysler. I will continue to share my experience but it was such a nightmare and had an impact on the way I look at vehicles. More
Recall experience NOT Good We had a recall on airbag for our Winnebago View motor home. My husband called Towbin to schedule it to be checked. She scheduled him and said they would have to check the part to see if defective then order if needed. When we went in at 8 am their service bay is only 10 feet high so they could not even work on it. Furthermore, according to service mgr they order part.... they do not check to be sure it is defective. They NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER. Won't be back!! More
NEVER AGAIN! I usually do not post reviews, and to be honest this is the second review I've probably ever posted in my life. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt being a business owner myself. The reason for this review is because my past 2 experiences with the repair shop have been quite unpleasant. My first experience I dropped my truck off and was told I just need a new starter and because my starter was an after market part that is why it didn't work. I was guaranteed this to fix the problem, so I went ahead and purchased a new starter from them and had it installed (the words guaranteed were used remember) . Needless to say they said it ended up not being the problem, and that I needed a different part replaced which changed the cost from $150-200 to over $1000. I said okay fine, so I don't need the starter so just fix the part that originally needed fixing and remove the starter and put my old one in since the starter wasn’t the issue. They said no, which I laughed at of course but they told me since the starter had been installed already I would have to pay for it, even though that wasn't the problem the truck was having. So at the end of my first visit I ended up paying around $1000 for everything and was treated so poorly that I was happy it was done and over with and wouldn't have to come back. Fast forward a week or so later and my truck isn't starting again, so unfortunately I headed back to the shop to see what the issue was this time. I am very upset at this point as I have a lot to do and not having my vehicle is a major inconvenience. I kindly ask if they can give me a loaner car since now I am back with the same problem they did not fix. Shockingly, they said they don't have any loaners because they need them for the following day. Anytime a car dealership tells you they don’t have any vehicles they can give out they are blatantly lying. They just don’t want to treat me as a 5 star customer because my work truck was a little older. I can guarantee you that if I had just bought the truck from them the previous week they would have an entire fleet of vehicles I can take home. I have looked at ew cars numerous times and to this day there has never been a car salesman that has not offered me to take the car home over night to see how I like it (before even buying it). I ask for them to rent me a car then, they said I am on the hook for the cost. So now twice I have been treated extremely poorly by this business and at some point it needs to be public knowledge. I would not recommend this business to others as it seems they are more concerned about the easy way out and not going to extra step for their customers. Because of this experience alone I will never again be a dodge customer, I will never recommend dodge to another person, and I will forever avoid the name dodge. This business single handedly ruined my opinion of this company. There is a right and a wrong way to do business, and the way things are handled at this establishment are at the point where it became comical. I love working with people and own and operate a tourist attraction in the local Henderson area, and try and give everyone an experience they come back again for, and we do a xxxx good job due to the fact we have a 5 star review over hundreds of reviews. Dodge just will never be that business so never again dodge, never again. Feel free to reach out to make the situation better if you feel it's the right thing to do. More

Terrible Customer Service We leased a new Charger. It took a month to get the paperwork for registration causing us late fees with the DMV. Additionally, they were suppose to pay off our previously lease as part of the deal. There is now still a balance on my previous lease more than a month later, causing me to pay additional insurance for longer. Even worst, I have contacted James (supposed manager of some sort) and he has not responded. At this point I am ready to drive the 30-40 minutes and make a scene in order to get what I am owed. Very disappointed in this experience. More

I was glad to see that Oscar took the time to actually understand my concerns. WELL DONE OSCAR!!! As for the repairs of my vehicle, it is running very nice now. Had a pull to the right when accelerating and a very noisy front end. Repairs took a couple of days but considering they had to replace everything, not so bad. Was offered another vehicle by Towbin just in case I needed it, which I thought was very nice. Overall, I am truly satisfied with the outcome of the service and I would go back definitely. Thanks to Cesar and Oscar for helping with this !! More

Shawn kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, he was very thorough when explaining the work being performed, very professional, and extremely patient during the full duration of my vehicle being serviced. We experienced a few issues during the replacement of an instrument cluster (not the fault of Towbin dodge, the service advisor, or the entire service team) but that was quickly overshadowed with the excellent service I received. I highly recommend the Towbin dodge service team and major kudos to Shawn. More

As customers that come as walk-in and be treated not like being rushed/overlooked still in mind the consideration of the value of workmanship - meaning not just the vehicle but including who's the one in the vehicle I think really matters to be considered as a unit with time consideration- I can say no more than not excellent but extraordinary- aside from keeping up the good work -always aim for the better- great working vehicle because of intensive care by the staff makes a very happy customer and their family overall. Above all your selfless attention to details not just of the vehicle but being considerate to the owner -really means more than so much.
