Terrible Customer Service We leased a new Charger. It took a month to get the paperwork for registration causing us late fees with the DMV. Additionally, they were suppose to p We leased a new Charger. It took a month to get the paperwork for registration causing us late fees with the DMV. Additionally, they were suppose to pay off our previously lease as part of the deal. There is now still a balance on my previous lease more than a month later, causing me to pay additional insurance for longer. Even worst, I have contacted James (supposed manager of some sort) and he has not responded. At this point I am ready to drive the 30-40 minutes and make a scene in order to get what I am owed. Very disappointed in this experience. More

I was glad to see that Oscar took the time to actually understand my concerns. WELL DONE OSCAR!!! As for the repairs of my vehicle, it is running very nice now. Had a pull to the right when accelerating and a very noisy front end. Repairs took a couple of days but considering they had to replace everything, not so bad. Was offered another vehicle by Towbin just in case I needed it, which I thought was very nice. Overall, I am truly satisfied with the outcome of the service and I would go back definitely. Thanks to Cesar and Oscar for helping with this !! More

general vehicle inspection I do all my oil changes at the Dodge dealer. Its cheaper if you buy 5 at a time. Shawn kept me informed on the status of my vehicle, he was very thorough when explaining the work being performed, very professional, and extremely patient during the full duration of my vehicle being serviced. We experienced a few issues during the replacement of an instrument cluster (not the fault of Towbin dodge, the service advisor, or the entire service team) but that was quickly overshadowed with the excellent service I received. I highly recommend the Towbin dodge service team and major kudos to Shawn. More

In the past 3 years Caesar Munoz has been my service representative. During this time I have found him to be very knowledgeable with any of the issues I am having, and goes over and beyond in trying to eliminate any problems and keeps me informed of the status of my repair. Awesome people, great customer service!! I used to go to chapman for my service, but after an experience with my car, it was time for a change. Upon recommendation of some of my car club budd I used to go to chapman for my service, but after an experience with my car, it was time for a change. Upon recommendation of some of my car club buddies, I went to Towbin to set up an appt for my car. They quickly set up an appt for me and answered all my questions about all kinds of stuff about my car. When it was time for the appt. they were super friendly, got me a rental car quickly so I could still go about my day. They called much sooner than I thought to tell me I was ready to go. Excellent service all the way through and love that they even took the time to wash and vacuum the car for me!! Very happy customer, just wish I've been with them from the start! More
