I will tell everyone that I come across that owns or is looking to own a Dodge to go to Towbin. Sean was on the spot with the repair to my truck's PCM it took a little over a week to diagnose, order parts and repair my truck and Sean kept me informed the entire way. In the past 3 years Caesar Munoz h I've had my vehicle service and warranty work performed at the Towbin Dodge Henderson Facility for almost 10 years. In the past 3 years Caesar Munoz has been my service representative. During this time I have found him to be very knowledgeable with any of the issues I am having, and goes over and beyond in trying to eliminate any problems and keeps me informed of the status of my repair. Awesome people, great customer service!! I used to go to chapman for my service, but after an experience with my car, it was time for a change. Upon recommendation of some of my car club budd I used to go to chapman for my service, but after an experience with my car, it was time for a change. Upon recommendation of some of my car club buddies, I went to Towbin to set up an appt for my car. They quickly set up an appt for me and answered all my questions about all kinds of stuff about my car. When it was time for the appt. they were super friendly, got me a rental car quickly so I could still go about my day. They called much sooner than I thought to tell me I was ready to go. Excellent service all the way through and love that they even took the time to wash and vacuum the car for me!! Very happy customer, just wish I've been with them from the start! More

Most dealers use the service department to make as much money as possible from you after you Before Towbin I never trusted a dealer with my vehicle. Most dealers use the service department to make as much money as possible from you after you buy your car. Towbin is honest and always tries to work with you to make sure your vehicle is running right without trying to screw you. Now I won't trust my vehicle with anyone except Towbin. They are my go to for any service on my challenger and Durango. My last visit I dealt with Andrea and he made sure both of my vehicles were taken care of and got them both in and out quickly. If you have any service needs with your mopar you shouldn't trust anyone other than Towbins amazing service team More

Pamela Shocked Me In A Great Way Make sure you see Pamela. She made me feel right at home. My check engine light and change oil light was coming on so I dropped off my vehicle. She kept me well informed of what was going on and I never had to call first. She reserved a rent a car for me that was never needed because of the speedy service. When she said she was going to do something, she did it. I was very pleased although I expected the worse because of past experiences at other companies. Now I know what to expect when I return for my oil change. The stress was taken right out of the equation. More

Excellent Service Dept. Brought my Hellcat Charger in for an noise issue that another dealer said was normal. I emailed Oscar and he replied almost immediately. He gave me VIP treatment and had a tech ride with me to identify the problem. Pam was my service adviser and kept me informed every step of the way.The car stayed overnight, and Pam had them pull it into the garage instead of leaving it outside. They wound up installing a new part which took only half a day. They are even going as far as riding in another Hellcat to see if the noise is common in these cars. These people truly went the extra mile. I will trust my $70 car to them any time. More
