Friendly staff (Monica M) that greeted us as soon as we exited our vehicle and The Blue Genie walks over like he knew we were there to see him. The Service Dept. at Towbin Dodge Henderson, NV is extremely competent, friendly and customer service oriented. Steven Johnson, in particular, is a great Service Agent. He always calls after a visit extremely competent, friendly and customer service oriented. Steven Johnson, in particular, is a great Service Agent. He always calls after a visit to see if everything is satisfactory. He calls when oil changes are due or a particular service is required. He makes you feel like you are his only customer and my satisfaction is of the utmost importance. My vehicle always gets the specific attention it needs and the service technicians are very professional and effecient. I would highly recommend this dealership and the service dept. for all of anyone's vehicle service needs. More

I have been going to Tobin Dodge for service on my auto for over two years. I have been to a lot of dealerships in my 75 years and I even sold cars back in my youth. I believe the management staff at Tob for over two years. I have been to a lot of dealerships in my 75 years and I even sold cars back in my youth. I believe the management staff at Tobin is as good as it gets. All of the people in all departments seem to be very happy and they all work togeather to keep the cars working and the customers happy. I do not know how much longer the good Lord is going to keep me around but I do know I will continue doing business with the Tobin Dealership. The only way they could make me happer is to give me a new car. Knowing that is not going to happen I will just keep going back and give Steve Johnson a hard time. James B Covert More

Experience as always is quick and friendly. Steve Johnson does a great job getting you in quickly and getting the problem diagnosed quickly from the techs. He is very honest and upfront about costs and what HAS to be done and what repairs can wait. I hate service shops that rattle off a bunch of stuff that they say needs to be done which in most cases is not the case at all. Makes the experience and 1 stop experience for me as a customer as they are not being honest. At Towbin and with Steve, I feel he is as honest and upfront as possible and I will continue to return there to get both of my Dodge vehicles serviced. Great dealership overall! More

I bought my 2012 ram 1500 new and started having problems with the transmission. I had taken the truck in several times for repair with no fix for the transmission. When I arrived John was very pleasant and had great customer service skills. Brought it in for its first Oil change, he said that he would have it out quick and he did. The washed the car and smeared s customer service skills. Brought it in for its first Oil change, he said that he would have it out quick and he did. The washed the car and smeared some tar that was on the truck, he took it back and they cleaned it off. I thought was great customer service making sure that the customer got what he wanted. I would highly recommend Towbin Dodge to anyone that was interested in buying a vehicle as well as there great service department. More

I've owned 7 vehicles in my lifetime, and Towbin Dodge in Henderson was by far the best service I've ever received for any vehicle ever owned. John Brooks was amazing to work with. Service was quick and John kept me informed of the status of my vehicle while it was being worked on. Even brought me onto the service floor to show my under my car. I told John when I arrived that I recently bought the car, and wanted to know the status of it, and John delivered exactly what I was looking for. Excellent employee, and excellent dealership. I'll for sure return there again if I continue to be treated like this. More

I bought my 2012 Dodge Ram from Towbin Dodge, I recently visited the service department for some warranty work and could not be happier. Greg (Service Writer) JR (Service Supervisor) John (Shop Foreman) and visited the service department for some warranty work and could not be happier.
