Service Department goes above and beyond I had a issue with my 2012 Ram 1500 when my transmission got stuck in 4th gear or better known as limp mode. Now let me remind you I bought my truck a I had a issue with my 2012 Ram 1500 when my transmission got stuck in 4th gear or better known as limp mode. Now let me remind you I bought my truck at a differant dealership and when I did I bought 3 at one time. one for me , one for my brother and one for my father. Yes I was blessed with a lawsuit settlement so I decided to buy some trucks. Anyways the service I recieved from that dealership was terrible so I decided to go to Towbin Dodge. First the service writer Freddie made me feel welcome from the moment I got there. He listened to me when explaining what was wrong, offered me a beverage and made sure I had a rental to use while my truck was in service. The thing I find fantastic was that Freddie kept me up to date the entire time my truck was being fixed and to top it off my truck was fixed within 48 hours!!!! Unbelievable customer service and my truck drives like it never happened. Hats off to you Freddie you have definetly earned a customer for life . Now I just wish I had bought my trucks at Towbin, but I know where i'll be buying my next one . Thanks again Freddie you and the staff at Towbin are the true meaning of customer service and I cant say thank you enough.... More

Greg (Service writer) as always made sure that I was well taken care of and treated me like family. Oscar (Service director) made sure he spent what ever time necessary making sure warranty would be upheld and JR (Service Manager) took the time to make sure that all was handled very professional.I would with out hesitation recommend Towbin Dodge to all my family, friends, co-workers and customers. The attention to detail, extreme customer satisfaction and genuine concern form each of them is WAY more than one would ever expect. My last name might as well BE "Towbin". No matter how gruff I was toward them and the issue, it made no difference. They never lost sight of "why" they had a job. Because they actually enjoy making people happy. You can't fake that. I truly feel like a member of the Towbin family and am very grateful for their extraordinary desire to please the customer. More

The Service Dept. at Towbin Dodge Henderson, NV is extremely competent, friendly and customer service oriented. Steven Johnson, in particular, is a great Service Agent. He always calls after a visit to see if everything is satisfactory. He calls when oil changes are due or a particular service is required. He makes you feel like you are his only customer and my satisfaction is of the utmost importance. My vehicle always gets the specific attention it needs and the service technicians are very professional and effecient. I would highly recommend this dealership and the service dept. for all of anyone's vehicle service needs. More
I have been going to Tobin Dodge for service on my auto for over two years. I have been to a lot of dealerships in my 75 years and I even sold cars back in my youth. I believe the management staff at Tob for over two years. I have been to a lot of dealerships in my 75 years and I even sold cars back in my youth. I believe the management staff at Tobin is as good as it gets. All of the people in all departments seem to be very happy and they all work togeather to keep the cars working and the customers happy. I do not know how much longer the good Lord is going to keep me around but I do know I will continue doing business with the Tobin Dealership. The only way they could make me happer is to give me a new car. Knowing that is not going to happen I will just keep going back and give Steve Johnson a hard time. James B Covert More
