Experience as always is quick and friendly. Steve Johnson does a great job getting you in quickly and getting the problem diagnosed quickly from the techs. He is very honest and upfront about costs Johnson does a great job getting you in quickly and getting the problem diagnosed quickly from the techs. He is very honest and upfront about costs and what HAS to be done and what repairs can wait. I hate service shops that rattle off a bunch of stuff that they say needs to be done which in most cases is not the case at all. Makes the experience and 1 stop experience for me as a customer as they are not being honest. At Towbin and with Steve, I feel he is as honest and upfront as possible and I will continue to return there to get both of my Dodge vehicles serviced. Great dealership overall! More

I've owned 7 vehicles in my lifetime, and Towbin Dodge in Henderson was by far the best service I've ever received for any vehicle ever owned. John Brooks was amazing to work with. Very informative, Dodge in Henderson was by far the best service I've ever received for any vehicle ever owned. John Brooks was amazing to work with. Very informative, very trustworthy individual. Service was quick and John kept me informed of the status of my vehicle while it was being worked on. Even brought me onto the service floor to show my under my car. I told John when I arrived that I recently bought the car, and wanted to know the status of it, and John delivered exactly what I was looking for. Excellent employee, and excellent dealership. I'll for sure return there again if I continue to be treated like this. More

Went in to have my trucks oil change and tires rotated. I walked through the sales room to look around and ran into Jerrell and Sunny, both of which have treated me like an old friend every time I have been walked through the sales room to look around and ran into Jerrell and Sunny, both of which have treated me like an old friend every time I have been in for scheduled maintenances, today was no exception. Service writer, Bobby, was courteous and had my truck finished in 45 min. Overall this and my other visits to Towbin have been great experiences. Thanks to you all. Dan Garcia 2012 Ram 1500 Hemi More
I have owned a 2012 Ram 2500 Laramie Diesel for a year now which I purchased in Oklahoma. I travel constantly for work and shortly after purchasing my truck, the check engine light came on. I live in Te now which I purchased in Oklahoma. I travel constantly for work and shortly after purchasing my truck, the check engine light came on. I live in Texas and wanted to register it there, but could not pass Texas State Inspection on a brand new Ram truck because the check engine light was on. So I had to come up with a residence address in Oklahoma just to be able to get registered plates (Oklahoma does not have State Inspections). I have since traveled to Arizona, California, Florida and back to Las Vegas on business. I have had my truck into five different dealers for service on the check engine light and have received mediocre response to flat out dismal customer service concerning my problem. I have been told over and over that the check engine light is on because of an Oxygen Sensor issue and the dealers would change it out and reset the check engine light. Within a few weeks the check engine light would come back on. Once I arrived in Las Vegas, I was told to go to Towbin Dodge for service and upon delivering my truck to your dealership, was less that optimistic about the reception and service I would receive because of my past experiences with Dodge service departments. Then I met Jesus Nuñez at your service department. Jesus was professional, friendly, courteous and made me feel like my truck issue would be taken seriously. Jesus explained that he was not an service manager, so I was introduced to Jesse Silva. Jesse also was professional and courteous. I have had my truck in three times to Towbin Dodge and every time I ask for Jesus Nuñez because he consistently treats me professionally and courteously. Jesse is no longer with Towbin Dodge and Jesus has made it a point to make sure I am taken care of every time I have been in. I have brought friends in for service on their Ram trucks and introduced them to Jesus. Jesus needs to be a Service Manager for the exceptional customer service skills and knowledge. Hopefully with the parts that have been ordered and replaced in my truck, my check engine light issue is resolved. So far so good. But I will continue to send people to Towbin Dodge specifically to interface with Jesus because I know they were be treated as well as I have been and will be as satisfied a customer as I am. PLEASE pass my gratitude on to Jesus Nuñez. He is an extremely valuable asset to your dealership and deserves recognition for his exceptional customer service skills and performance. Sincerely, Kelly Nielsen More
Our car broke down 100 miles outside of Las Vegas. The clutch burned out prematurely around 28K miles the car. Had the car towed there for repairs. The service guy said that he never heard of the clutch clutch burned out prematurely around 28K miles the car. Had the car towed there for repairs. The service guy said that he never heard of the clutch going out on a 2010 with that few of miles on it. We were feeling better about our experience there (the first guy made us wait while he took care of other customers [who arrived after we did but seemed to know him personally]). We should have never let him know that we weren't happy about his co-worker blowing us off. We left feeling better but should have known that we were going to get screwed the car rental place said that Towbin only covers the car rental. They never pay tax on warranty work. Towbin called us 2 days after we dropped it off and said that they would have to take the tranny apart to see if they would repair it under the warranty. Oh by the way, they were willing to pay for the 1st day of car rental, but until they make a determination on the vehicle we were stuck paying for the car rental. When they finally did get back us they said that the transmission was completely fried and that they wanted $4,000 to fix it. There are different reasons why they wanted us to pay. One was that we must have raced the car, another was that it wasn't a warranty covered repair since the clutch ruined the transmission. We asked them how could they make such a claim (racing) and we were told that the rear tires were bald, thus proving that we raced the car. The rear tires were swapped when we replaced the front ones at an Elk Grove CA dealership. The tires are high performance tires. Wash the car and in less than ten miles even the front fenders have specks of rubber on them. We had another website call the dealership after they claimed that they shouldn't get a bad review. The guy from the other site (having mostly to do with ripoffs and reports) was on a conference call with the service intake writer Rick Walters, the Service Manager Walter, and the owner Chop. Apparently they told Sticks that not only did we race the car we also had modified the car under the hood. TOTAL fabrication of lies. The only thing that we did was to put Zebra seat covers on the front seats to protect the leather seats. The Chrysler Corp Warranty customer service representatives were another nightmare. We were treated as if they were trying to assist us to get some resolution, but boy were we fooled. The first CSR ( Customer Service Rep) person named Max stated that he would fix everything and he was gonna tell Oscar at Towbin to fix the car. A week later no results, but on the phone Towbin said that they'll do what ever Chrysler directs them to do. Max said that he would call them back it and get back to us with in 2 business days. 3 business days later he is out of the office so we are provided another CSR named Rosa. She was so incompetent that she claimed that we didn't have a warranty, then she said that our warranty had expired, then she said that our warranty didn't cover the drive train. When we told her that she had better check again because we were foolish enough to have purchased the Chrysler Lifetime Warranty, and since it was new it should be covered under the 3 year/36.000 mile New Car Bumper to Bumper Warranty she sounded confused and said that she would have to get back to us within 2 days. We asked why can't you call us back today? It was only 1:45 in the afternoon, why not after they get ahold of the dealership. The answer was that her shift ended in 15 minutes. A few days later when we were told by Oscar once again that they were not going to fix our car without 4k from us we called Rosa to ask what they were doing for us. Rosa then told us on the phone that they're there to stand behind the Dealership. Her supervisor was no help, we were promised help from a finance writer named Omar at Lasher Dodge where we purchased the car but NOTHING materialized. It MUST be that part of their corporations directives is to DELAY, Promise to help while stalling, then delay some more followed by a healthy promise that they'll have a person they know with authority handle the situation and get back to us.
