The jeep dealership in Las Vegas (where we live)is really bad so we drove into Henderson to Towbin. The jeep was there for "underwarranty" service plus an oil change. Towbin kept it several days waiting on bad so we drove into Henderson to Towbin. The jeep was there for "underwarranty" service plus an oil change. Towbin kept it several days waiting on parts, but the Serviceman, Jesse, called us each day (sometimes more than once) and always called when he said he would and gave us updates. It is a pleasure dealing with a person who does what he says. We highly recommend Towbin in Henderson and will continue to drive the extra distance whenever we require service. We will recommend Towbin Service Dept. to all our jeep friends. More
My service guy Art was good. He took the time to make sure I understood everything and had my car out and fixed in a reasonable amount of time. I bought a used car from Towbin and it was the best thing I ever did. First of all my experience was above and beyond any other dealership when I bought it. I was very satisfied with my purchase. I am a female who thinks a squirrel and a mouse got into a fight in my engine because I don’t know much about cars. I brought it into the service department and they took care of everything. They told me what was wrong, which I still didn’t understand the car lingo and he explained everything to my husband who knows more about it and showed me. Steve worked with us because my car was under warranty. I suggest when anyone buys a car to purchase the extended warranty package Towbin Dodge has to offer you because it is amazing! Absolutely I received the best customer service from the second I drove in. Steve is funny, puts you at ease and really takes care of you and your car. At first I thought he was too good to be true, but I was wrong, he’s the best. He got me set up with a rental quickly and it didn’t cost me much for five days. I also came at New Years when everyone’s car seemed to break down and it was extremely busy. No complaints. I will send all my family and friends to the #1 dealer! More

One week before I was leaving to drive out of town on vacation I noticed a funny smell and coolant leaking from underneath my Hummer. Knowing I was pressed for time I made my first visit to the dealer ne vacation I noticed a funny smell and coolant leaking from underneath my Hummer. Knowing I was pressed for time I made my first visit to the dealer needing to have my radiator repaired or replaced due to it leaking only to finding out that my warranty did not cover the radiator. After making a few phone calls and receiving a return phone call from a gentleman named Jarrell responding to my concerns regarding my warranty coverage. I brought my vehicle into the Towbin Dodge service department where I met with Scott Stephens and Oscar the service manger. They both were extremely helpful in fixing my radiator problem as well as correcting the paperwork pertaining to my warranty which I originally purchased. Their superior professionalism and quick concern of my vehicle issues had made it possible for me to go out of town knowing my Hummer would be reliable after it had been looked over, including having the oil changed and all my fluids checked over in no time at all. Wow, What a difference filing a complaint on here makes, I didn't believe my friend when she told me. I don't like to complain, but after my experienc the other day with a guy in the service garage I though I didn't believe my friend when she told me. Well, After I sent my complaint, the GSM Scott called me first thing in the am to find out what happen to make my experience bad and he assured me that he would personally handle my car and make sure it was fixed and in a timely manner. He called me several times that day to update me on the progress and he even sent a technician out to my work with my car to try to resolve the issue, which I appreciated. I can't say what the outcome would of been had I not used this site, but the response and service I recieved was excellent. Scott went out of his way to make sure there was no inconvience to me and that my car was fixed. He even gave me his number to call him if I have any problems in the future. Thanks Scott. More
Well, we came to Towbin looking for a minivan. We found an '08 that had been sitting for a little while, and they were ready to deal! We got the van at about 25% off the sticker with a ton of extras, they paid for our initial registration as part of a promotion they were running, and in Nevada the first registration is a doosey! We actually forgot about it, they reminded us and made sure it was all set with DMV. They really took care of us on our lease turn in as well, there was some body damage, fixing that for lease turn-in was part of our deal. We were missing the head phones and remote controls for the entertainment system, they made sure we got them. Then they went out of their way to take care of us on a couple of battery failures, we had an issue that fell outside of the coverage of the extended warranty we bought, I explained that I thought the coverage continued "bumper to bumper", and they went to bat for me and covered the repair. They also provided an enhance extended warranty for a very reasonable price that would help us avoid any future "coverage" issues. These guys sell a lot of cars and truck for a reason, they want to make sure folks are happy when they leave. I look forward to my next vehicle purchase. More

I thought I would have to pay for a brake job, but they advised me the noise I heard coming from the wheels was a normal sound and would eventually go away. During the inspection, the mechanic noticed a possible future problem with my battery. Greg advised me they could service it or replace it. I opted to replace it. I was very pleased with service provided from beginning to end. More

Service sent up to the finance department, we walked into an office where 2 employees were working and asked our question, Wayne didnt tell us to hold on didnt ask us to wait and he would be right with us, he just helped us, asked the other employee in the office to stop what they were working on and pull up our information and answered and explained to us our service plan, WOW. Then as if that was not enough he went ABOVE AND BEYOND and went to the servise center hiself and corrected the issue we were having DOUBLE WOW!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
