Wow, What a difference filing a complaint on here makes, I didn't believe my friend when she told me. I don't like to complain, but after my experienc the other day with a guy in the service garage I though I didn't believe my friend when she told me. Well, After I sent my complaint, the GSM Scott called me first thing in the am to find out what happen to make my experience bad and he assured me that he would personally handle my car and make sure it was fixed and in a timely manner. He called me several times that day to update me on the progress and he even sent a technician out to my work with my car to try to resolve the issue, which I appreciated. I can't say what the outcome would of been had I not used this site, but the response and service I recieved was excellent. Scott went out of his way to make sure there was no inconvience to me and that my car was fixed. He even gave me his number to call him if I have any problems in the future. Thanks Scott. More
Well, we came to Towbin looking for a minivan. We found an '08 that had been sitting for a little while, and they were ready to deal! We actually forgot about it, they reminded us and made sure it was all set with DMV. They really took care of us on our lease turn in as well, there was some body damage, fixing that for lease turn-in was part of our deal. We were missing the head phones and remote controls for the entertainment system, they made sure we got them. Then they went out of their way to take care of us on a couple of battery failures, we had an issue that fell outside of the coverage of the extended warranty we bought, I explained that I thought the coverage continued "bumper to bumper", and they went to bat for me and covered the repair. They also provided an enhance extended warranty for a very reasonable price that would help us avoid any future "coverage" issues. These guys sell a lot of cars and truck for a reason, they want to make sure folks are happy when they leave. I look forward to my next vehicle purchase. More

I thought I would have to pay for a brake job, but they advised me the noise I heard coming from the wheels was a normal sound and would eventually go away. During the inspection, the mechanic noticed a possible future problem with my battery. Greg advised me they could service it or replace it. I opted to replace it. I was very pleased with service provided from beginning to end. More

Service sent up to the finance department, we walked into an office where 2 employees were working and asked our question, Wayne didnt tell us to hold on didnt ask us to wait and he would be right with us, he just helped us, asked the other employee in the office to stop what they were working on and pull up our information and answered and explained to us our service plan, WOW. Then as if that was not enough he went ABOVE AND BEYOND and went to the servise center hiself and corrected the issue we were having DOUBLE WOW!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I have purchased two cars from Towbin as well recommended several friends and associates to buy from them as well. I still remember when I purchased my 2010 Challenger R/T, it was one of the most exhilaratin several friends and associates to buy from them as well. I still remember when I purchased my 2010 Challenger R/T, it was one of the most exhilarating moments in my life. I was blown away because my credit was still being rebuilt and after a long day of Towbin going to bat for me, The Chopper himself walked up to my sales team and made sure the deal happened. A year later I traded in my dream car for a 2012 Dodge Durango SXT because I had a baby on the way. Again, my experience was extremely pleasant and Towbin had kindly rewarded my loyalty by "chopping" the price down. Despite all of these great experiences, problems occur from time to time. It wasn't a big problem, but it was very important to me. On 06/08/12 I walked into the dealership to discuss the matter and was warmly received by the receptionist. I explained to her what had happened and I was relieved when she empathized with me and directed me to Steve McIntosh. Steve was extremely professional in his demeanor and immediately got to work on handling the situation. What I thought would take hours was handled in a matter of minutes. Steve did not blow me off or pass the buck. He empathized with me and reassured me that the situation was under control. I sincerely believe that this encounter at the dealership has solidified my loyalty to the dealership. My fiancé is getting ready to trade her car in next month and we have both agreed we will do so at Towbin. And we also found a happy medium, next year I'm trading my Durango in for a SRT8 Charger, so I can still have fun in my car while being a father. Curtis has worked on my 05' Dodge Durango several times and each time has provided me with excellent service. He has worked with me on prices as well as if there was more then one thing that needed work an and each time has provided me with excellent service. When calling if he is unavailable he promptly returns calls. It is very difficult as a woman to go to someone and trust they are not trying to scam you into more then what needs to be done on your vehicle as they assume you know nothing which in my case is true. However Curtis is awesome and you know he is being straight forward with you and truly trying to help you. I would not take my car to anyone else and I highly recommend him to everyone who mentions needing their car worked on. Thank You Curtis. More
What started as a dealer recall became a total nightmare for both myself and the gentleman I've cited above. After visible evidence that my truck was not one which fell under the recall, problems which were for both myself and the gentleman I've cited above. After visible evidence that my truck was not one which fell under the recall, problems which were not happening prior to my coming into Towbin begin to happen during daily driving (the recall was steering related). The service department at that time did everything possible to try to track down just what this new problem was, and again, one which was not happening prior to my visit regarding the recall. Needless to say, this was driving me crazy and I in turn was driving Curtis crazy, as nothing was wrong until one of his mechanics had touched my truck in my mind? After several days of addressing every known possible reason for this new found pull and shaking in my truck, the maintenance department under both Curtis and Oscar's direction back tracked the fact that I had purchased four new tires less then 3,000 miles prior to these problems. My truck is a one ton dually and I had two tires which were almost new when I purchased the four. As such, when they then begun to re-check each and everyone of the four new tires it became evident that they each had tread defects which were just at that point in time becoming visible. As hard as this is to believe, it is the absolute truth, and all four tires were replaced without hassle and /or cost to me. Now to top things off, the truck began pulling to the right after all the tires were balanced and replaced and I again became the neurotic individual I am so capable of becoming with Curtis just shaking his head in amazement at what was now taking place. Next, Curtis had the truck realigned at no cost to me and by now I was so gun shy that everything felt wrong up to and including the fact the front end felt so loose I was almost afraid to drive the truck that I had bought new and had driven since 2009. I drove the truck over the weekend and even asked another front end man to drive my truck and to tell me what he thought as I honestly knew I was taking things out of context by now! As I figured, I was at that time told that the truck felt great and that I was in fact just gun shy as a result of all which had taken place over the last week or so regarding my truck. I cannot for the life of me think of anyone better equipped to deal with an individual such as myself at times like these then was Curtis. Both Curtis Maestas and Oscar Palma are outstanding individuals set on doing only their absolute best to satisfy the needs of their customers. This is only one of many outstanding encounters that I have had with these gentlemen over the past 6 years and in regards to the two new pickup trucks my wife and I have purchased since 2006 from Towbin Dodge. My next new truck will also be a Dodge I assure you, and I will be buying it from Towbin! Thank you to both Curtis and Oscar for these many years of outstanding service.... This makes for a satisfying overall experience, especially when we are stressed about what could be going wrong with our vehicles. Jabar takes care of every detail when accomplishing our vehicle needs. This makes his quality of work outstanding. He is always very polite and ever the gentleman. His friendliness makes him a joy to work with. Jabar always knows the least expensive way to go when servicing our vehicles. I bought a pre-owned Chrysler Seabring in August 2010. Purchased the added care, essential care, and ultimate protection warranty plans for a total of $3000. Included in the plan was $20 off on oil/filter changes. The last two oil changes they charged me full price. On Jan 21, 2012, I took it in specifically for the 45K mile inspection. I told Rick Walters I wanted the previous oil change charges taken out of my 45K bill and for him to not charge me the full price on oil changes again. Also told Rick the battery might need to be replaced as it goes dead after short periods with the key/radio on. Rick had a throttle body on his desk which he used to up-sell the 45K inspection and squeeze more money out of me. Checked the car in at 7:45 am and Rick told me it would be around 3 hours so I decided to wait. Also important to note that Rick never gave me any prices for such things as checking the battery or cleaning the throttle body. After 3 hours, still no word from Rick. Finally, close to 4 hours, Rick calls me up and basically tells me that they looked at everything and they are NOW going to get started on the work. Biting my lip, I ask him how long is this going to take, another 4 hours? He replies No, it shouldn't take that long, an hour, hour and a half if that. So again, I stay there and wait. Guess what time I got my car back? 3:40 pm! Unbelievable! And in reviewing my invoice, they had ONE PERSON working on my car the whole time! And that's not all. My bill was over 600 bucks! I paid $120 for them to TEST the battery and find out it had two bad cells. Freakin' geniuses! So they replace the battery and charge me another 132 BUCKS! The cleaning of the throttle body cost me 184 BUCKS! So what the hell is a 45K inspection for anyway!? Needless to say, I am extremely irate with these jokers! In my opinion, Rick Walters is a snake. When I spoke to Oscar Palma (Service Manager) about my wait time, Rick told Oscar that I had told him to tell the mechanics to take their time which is total BS! Like I said, I bought this car just over a year ago and I have credit in the high 700's. Sunny, hooked me up with a 10%!!! APR!!!? Another snake in the grass perhaps! Just bought another car this month (Feb 2012) from A Toyota company and got a great deal, under 5% APR. Toyota asked me how come they (Towbin) gave me such a bad deal (10% APR) when I have good credit. It's obvious that Towbin is just a bunch of rip-off artists. Anyhow, after all that, and a bill of over 600 bucks, they never even performed a 45K inspection and they still charged me for the oil change! Advice to prospective buyers and customers: Run! And if you really have to deal with Rick Walters and their service department, ask a bunch of questions and have everything itemized and explained to you before they rip you off with things you don't really need!
