My car was towed from my house to the dealership where it was determined that I had a dead battery. The service staff was extremely helpful, especially Jabar Nichols, in explaining that it will take them a l was determined that I had a dead battery. The service staff was extremely helpful, especially Jabar Nichols, in explaining that it will take them a little time to diagnose the problem and arranged for a substitute vehicle I could use until the car was able to be fixed. Upon diagnosing the problem, they realized I was due for a tune-up and called to ask if I wanted that done as well as fixing the original problem which turned out to be a dead battery. Make sure that when you go in with a coupon that the price ON the coupon is the price you will be charged!!! What a rip off! Had to get a part replaced in my Magnum and they charged me $126.00!!! I could find the part on-line at several different places for $55! I never paid any mechanic in California that much! Not even on my BMW! It cost $550 to fix something that most mechanics said would take less than an hour. And the only reason I had to go to Dodge was because they where the only ones that could reset the computer in the car! Thanks Towbin! Just because a few Dodge Dealerships closed I guess you can rip people off because you think you are the only one in town! Intergrity never charged me this much!!!! And I will never buy a Dodge again just because I don't want to deal with you people! Love my Magnum, hate Towbin Dodge! More

The entire dealership is a scam. The salesman was rude. Do you think I want you getting the commission from the sale of my truck when you made me come down there from the other side of town 4 times to re-sign the paperwork because you lost it? And the service department, my lord!!!! They had my truck for a week for a minor throttle control issue. I was called to come get it, and as soon as I got on the highway to head home, it broke down with the same problem! Luckily I was able to get it started and drive it back to Towbin. I popped the hood to find that the airbox was just haning there, which if I would've driven all the way back home, my motor would have blown! They didn't even apologize, I asked them to bring out the technician that last worked on it so he could see what he did, and they refused. Instead, I get the "service manager" who tells me that they finally found the problem. He then preceeded to ask me if I wanted to leave it there or schedule an appointment for a later date....Hello!!!! The truck was breaking down. What kind of stupid question is that!?! More

I was traveling cross country in my new car from Atlanta on 3/2/08 when I noticed I was bit overdue on my oil change. Just for laughs, we went to Towbin since we had seen the dealership featured on A&E. We on 3/2/08 when I noticed I was bit overdue on my oil change. Just for laughs, we went to Towbin since we had seen the dealership featured on A&E. We pulled into the service bay (which was empty of cars by the way). The had the 29 minute guarantee on oil changes and thought it would be nice to snap a few pictures......As I was about to get out of my car, I was stopped by the manager who immediately told me he was not doing anymore oil changes for the rest of the day. Thinking I did not change my clock to the local time, I noticed it was only 9:30 am! I attempted to ask him where else I could go to get my oil changed, he instead cut me off in mid sentence and told me I could back out the way I came in! I was so stunned to be treated so poorly, I did not say a word. After reading other reviews, I now understand. Very sad....I hope Chrysler takes note of this and does something about this and gets their dealership into some mandatory training! More

The service Dept is a joke at towbin. I've taken my brand new vehicle down there 3 times since I purchased it in may. Everytime I made an appointment to avoid waiting. But that was a waste of time. On average i've had to wait a week to get it back. One week for minor discrepancies, what a joke. And if you think that's bad just wait until you visit the cashier to get your vehicle back. One time they couldn't even find my vehicle. I had to wait 45 min for them to locate it and bring it to me. And did I get an apology. NO!!!!! Towbin needs to get there crap together. The whole place is a circus. Next time I'm going elsewhere, even if I end up paying a little more! More

Visited parts, very friendly, lack of parking places, they have new cars parked in all the handicapped slots, and feel that they do not have to comply with the ADA because they are on private property.
