Unfortunately the service department was hesitant to resolve the problem which caused a really bad taste in my mouth. Fortunately Dezy, manager of customer service guy involved. From the time she made contact with me I knew she would handle the situation and that she did. Within 24 hours of being pretty upset and disillusioned, Dezy had me smiling. I appreciate so much that she was able to get involved and resolve the issue in such a timely manner. I am quite happy with the outcome. More
need to focus more on people and less on surveys and automation. I get at least 3 or 4 emails every time I place a service request before I even show up and another 3 or 4 after....Once I arrive I'm not automation. Adrian Latifeci is an outstanding service rep. Because of him I have trust and confidence in team. He truly cared to take care of my problems and fix it in a timely matter and because of him I r Because of him I have trust and confidence in team. Adrain latifeci took time to walk me through needs and should of recommend service instead rushing me to get it done right away. He understood financial hardships and say when you have flow bring it in. So second time dealing with him he had the paper work and was ready to get the job done 15 mins before my appointment time. I hope he stays with this dealship and gets award for being a awesome person and pride in whar he does. Other then that "warranty department" I wanted to get a new fob. Last time it was a quick change of fobs. This time they said it would take at least 3-6 months to get my warranty approved for my key fob. So I don't know if I recommend the deal 7 year warranty if it's that much of a hassle to get anything warranty through the dealership. Car wash. I don't know of something happened with my drivers side mirror but now the motor to tuck in tje mirror does not engage. So I will have to see if the department can warranty it. More
