The assistant sales manager was very helpful and nice. We told him what we were looking for and he left and drove the truck that we wanted right to us to look at. We were wanting a plane truck to pull are camper trailer with. Plus we do a lot of trail hiking with our 2 dogs so we didn’t want the best interior it just gets dirty. So this was what we wanted and we just had to add a trailer brake controller and we were off camping again! More

I'll admit we"ve traded cars far too many times,dealt with a lot of dealers across many different brands but we've never dealt with a more incompentent dealer than Town&Country Ford.They have such a d with a lot of dealers across many different brands but we've never dealt with a more incompentent dealer than Town&Country Ford.They have such a disconnect that they're pretty much a disaster all around.We've had to make several trips back there to get things straightened out they got wrong in the paperwork and licensing .process. do yourself a favor and use one of the other area Ford.dealers.
