Had a 9 am appt for a 2 hour job. I called at 11:45 to get progress, and they couldn't even get me a status until after lunch (1:30). Called right back and it hadn't even started. That meant that they would get done until around 4 pm. Told them to not even start, and went and picked my truck up. I will go to somebody else. The last time I was there for an oil change and they didn't get started until 3 hours after my appt time. Will NOT happen a third time. More

My salesman, Double D was amazing! We stopped at another dealership before Town & Country, the salesman was awful. Didn’t know a thing about the vehicle when I asked questions....told me to read the window dealership before Town & Country, the salesman was awful. Told them I needed a great reliable vehicle with best warranty due to long work highway commute mileage and I was moving. Salesman said they had great lifetime warranty not to worry as long as I didn't transfer title I was good I asked salesman- hey you know im moving so will you guys work with that dealership where I'll be living at if I make a purchase here, the answer was of course. Needless to say now I have an issue and they will not help. 2017 f150 with 170k miles failure. Loaded vehicle. $$$ Repair cost not extremely terrible, point is lack of trust that they are not doing what they promised. Therefore a lie from the dealerships salesman, the poor judgment call and leadership from the phone call of the floor manager from this dealership I will never buy from Ford again and will recommend fam and friends seek competitors. Was my third ford at full price. This is the only negative review I have ever written online so take that as caution and do not shop here. Visit another dealership. Find someone honest. Good luck.
