Bought a 2010 Focus in late summer of 2010. Salesman did not know the products well at all. Once we agreed upon price and financing terms, I went to the finance office to discover I had been lied to. Then, after being told the car I picked out had sync, was told it did not after the purchase was complete. DO NOT BUY HERE!!! I would drive to another state before I would buy from this dealer again!! More

All together awful it took 3 days to get the 2010 Ford Escape my wife and I picked out. Then it turned out that they had to get another one in from Knoxville. Which was apparently a huge story. So needless to say we didn't receive that one either. Then finally on the 3rd day they found the one that we had ordered. Which came all the way from Kansas City. Then come to find out they drove it from KC to Nashville so technically it doesn't still count as a "NEW" car does it? Very Very unsatisfied would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More
