I was signed onto an app, was in communication with Kyle the entire time and was super impressed with the technology used! Blown away by the video they sent me of my car. Was much easy to understand and trust the information given when someone is showing you the issues on video of your ACTUAL car! How cool! Why doesn't every car company do that!? Also the quote process was so easy. I could simply check on and off what I wanted and my car was ready in a day, which was impressive for the amount of work needing to be done.
