My 21 year old daughter was ready to buy her first car, and she wanted a Mazda3. She searched on Cargurus and found a good deal on a 2022 model at Town North Mazda. We got to the dealership 20 minutes before closing, but our salesman, Robert Neal, treated us like we were long lost friends. He went over every feature of the car in detail with my daughter, and never once tried to rush her, nor did he look at his watch once. We got along so well that I think he and I may be brothers from another mother. We even invited him to join us for Thanksgiving. Frank, in finance, was also amazing. He got my daughter financed with a local credit union, at a good rate considering this is her first car and the current economy. This was definitely my best car buying experience, and I would recommend Neal and Town North Mazda to anyone who wants to be treated like family when buying a car. Not only did my daughter buy a car, but most importantly, we made new friends. More
