My tire went flat this morning beyond repair. I called several Ford places to see if the service dept could get me in to replace the tire; everyone claimed they couldn't help me out. I called Town and Co several Ford places to see if the service dept could get me in to replace the tire; everyone claimed they couldn't help me out. I called Town and Country Ford and although they did not have the tire, they assured me they could get it within an hour. They fit me in, put a new tire on my car, and replaced the rear brakes. These guys are professional and friendly and had the empathy I needed today. It was amazing to have a company go out of their way to help you get back on the road. Definitely top notch service here. Great dealership. I first started dealing with their service department twelve years ago and continue to be impressed. Based on my positive relationship with service, when it was time to replace my Exp service department twelve years ago and continue to be impressed. Based on my positive relationship with service, when it was time to replace my Explorer, I worked with T&C sales and ended up purchasing an Expedition from them. Still great, consistent service. More
I brought my Ford in for scheduled service. Using Town and Country Ford's on-line scheduler made picking a day and time easy. I liked that, as well as the reminder texts and emails. Driving my car in to the service bay, I was promptly greeted and I chose to wait in the service waiting room while my car was serviced. They have a comfortable room and restaurant and clean restrooms nearby. My service was completed in a timely manner, and I was called by the service writer. I prefer more communication from a service writer regarding what the technicians found and any what measurements were made - which is the only reason I did not give Ford a 5 star rating. More
I scheduled to have brake pads replaced. I received several reminders of my appointment. I'm sitting in the waiting area when my service tech calls me and says the brake pads are not in stock and I hav several reminders of my appointment. I'm sitting in the waiting area when my service tech calls me and says the brake pads are not in stock and I have the option of taking a rental car. When I get to the service tech he tells me the other reason why my Mustang will not be ready until after lunch is because they had to put the service guy onto another car. My rental car options were a EcoSport or F150. Very upset because I had plans to ride out with my Mustang crew the next day. My car was not ready after lunch. I called the dealership close to closing time because I had not heard from them. The machine damaged my rotor so they had to order the replacement. This was on a Friday and I had to keep the EcoSport until Monday. Friday night I noticed the tag expired in March. Being of a person who works in law enforcement I was not happy about that. When I mentioned that to them I was told they were not aware of that and did not have another rental car. Because I was not prepared to be without my car for the entire weekend I had to keep the rental. I received a call around 10 am on Monday that my car was ready. Tuesday I pressed on the brakes and hear the same squealing sound that I did before I had the brake pads replaced. Needless to say once again not happy. More
I was so impressed by the fantastic job done by Hugh Johnson who sold me the 2012 Ridgeline. He was friendly, professional and truly cared about giving me a great buying experience. He had me take the truck for a test drive and answered all my questions. We stayed in contact as the loan process took place and Hugh made sure my bank received the sales invoice. He kept me informed by phone and by text messages. When I called him to tell him I was coming to the dealer with the check, he said the truck would be ready when I got there. I was really grateful that Hugh had me send him a picture of the check because he had another buyer who was interested. Later that day when I arrived, he had everything ready to complete the purchase, just like he said. Throughout this entire process, Hugh was honest and upfront about everything regarding the truck and the purchase. I think his integrity is the thing I will always remember about buying this vehicle. I will gladly recommend Hugh and Town and Country Ford to my friends. Thanks for doing a great job. More
