I had my car at another well known shop and they couldn’t diagnose my DTC (Trouble Codes). I went to Town & Country Ford on Independence Blvd. and spoke with service writer Bill Worthington. He said he was c diagnose my DTC (Trouble Codes). I went to Town & Country Ford on Independence Blvd. and spoke with service writer Bill Worthington. He said he was confident that his top Mustang Tech. (Tim Richardson) could diagnose and repair in short order. 30 minutes after pulling my car not the shop, Bill contacted me in the waiting room and presented me with the damaged / defective part. 45 minutes later, I was paying my repair bill and driving home with no codes in the computer.
