Avoid this place and buying a Hyundai at all costs due to the class action lawsuit for their engine failing. One of the most unethical service departments out there. My car has been consuming ALL THE ENGINE OIL ONLY after 700 miles so I brought it in for oil consumption tests. First they overcharged me twice for services but thankfully I had my calls recorded and they contained to ignore my calls and texts. Then Terry refuses services for the car repairs and process to say "Keeping like this or you can take the car elsewhere for service". This was reported to the dealership manager. But then I brought it my car for the second oil consumption test and they refused to top off the oil and the service manager Erine goes on to say "I don't want to speak with him, he is just playing games" the proceeds to assault me by putting his hands on me and pushes me out the door while refusing service. Then they refuse to issue the check for the refund and stating to never come back to this dealership given I have reports them to Corporate for their 4 instances of unethical practices and negligence. More
I stopped in because I had a problem with my GPS system, I spoke with Hunter and not only was he very friendly, professional and personable, he took the time to correct the problem I was having. I came in for regular maintenance around two months ago. To keep things simple, here are some of the problems I experienced: One, I started experiencing uncontrollable vibrations in the front of my vehic To keep things simple, here are some of the problems I experienced: One, I started experiencing uncontrollable vibrations in the front of my vehicle, both from my steering wheel, but also the front of my car. It was so bad that my wife was worried about the safety of our eighteen month old baby while driving with him. Two, I receive an email from the service manager indicating that I should give specific answers to a survey I received, and indicate that no one influenced how I responded to the survey. Three, I replied to the email asking if I could stop by in order to fix the issue. Unfortunately, our schedules didn't align. When I had a free day, I emailed if I could stop by, but no response. As a result, I called the service department asking if I could stop by, but they mentioned that I had to schedule weeks out. Four, they tend to put a sticker for maintenance after three thousand miles. I believe that is a bit too frequent. In general, the issues that arose after maintenance were not addressed in a timely fashion, necessitating tire replacement at around twenty four thousand miles. I have talked to multiple mechanics, who each told me it's usually fourty thousand to sixty thousand miles. The service manager even indicated over seventy thousand miles at times. They gave me a list of prices for the cost of tire replacements, but I will most likely be going to another location. Overall, I would not recommend Towne Hyundai for service. More

I repeat, never buy a car from this dealership so far, I advise my mother who was about to, and I went to a different dealership due to the negligence of their scheduling of services. Our car recently had a engine issue that unfortunately was unable to drive(covered by warranty ) The part came in on Monday and we did not get the car until Friday(over a week its been there) as the car sat there due to their poor scheduling.
