Repair Car and Made Right by My Concerns After having my car towed there for an issue it was having, they made the appropriate repairs. A day later my car had to be towed back there for an issue that seemed to be related to the repairs that were done, however, the repairs that were done weren’t the issue. The car had a still unexplained issue, but Towne went the extra mile to address all my concerns. They had the car in their possession to see if they could identify any issues, test drive it around and ensure that the car was safe for me to drive. Overall having an issue with your car is never a good experience, but Towne made sure to help me through it and I appreciate all the time and effort they took with me. More

Bad scheduling Routine oil changes are fine, however scheduling needs work. The service department called to schedule an appointment due to a recall on my car. When I arrived at my appointment I signed in and was instructed to wait. After an hour my name was called, however I was told that they did not have the part to fix the recall. I wasted 30 minutes driving there and over an hour in the waiting room only to be told that I would need to return another day. My sister-in-law happens to drive a similar car and was also issued the recall. The exact same thing happened to her. :/ More

HORRIBLE!! I just brought Hyundai to court for charging me over $700 for my car they NEVER fixed after charging me 6-1/2 hrs of labor for something that didn't n I just brought Hyundai to court for charging me over $700 for my car they NEVER fixed after charging me 6-1/2 hrs of labor for something that didn't need to be done. Pulled out of their place with my car's engine light on and bucking....the reason I brought it in to begin with ! Claimed it was the TIMING BELT causing the car to do this and scared me into thinking that my engine would blow if I did not fix this problem. Again..OVER $700 later and charged 6-1/2 hrs of labor, car was exactly the same when I left as when I brought it in. Lied throughout the entire trial today and they WON!! Guess being brought to court so many times, the judges consider them family now and let them get away with scamming consumers! All I see..is MONEY MAKING salesmen..PERIOD! Channel 7 is LOVING this!!!!! More

Not happy with the service department I brought my car in last week to get fixed. I have been having a problem with my car making like a creaking noise. I brought it in a couple of months ago and they told me it was the struts. I didn't have the money so I didn't fix it right away. Last week I brought it into get fixed. And they called me and added other problem saying that the swaybar needed to be fixed which I had them fix it. I drive my car home and I noticed the same exact noise that they told me was the struts. My car drives and feels the same as it does before it was fixed. I feel like they didn't even fix the problem. I wasted $900 in my car sounds exactly the same. If I would have known the noise was not coming from the struts I would not have gotten them fixed yet. I tried reaching out to the service manager but he never called me back. More

Above and beyond Every time I go there for service, I look for my favorite employee and I shouldn't because they are all wonderful! They seem to go out of their way to make sure you understand everything. In the past I tried to stay away from dealerships after my purchase due to the way I always felt they were looking for something and they were always more expensive. Not true here!!!! More
