He also set me up with a shuttle service to allow me to go back to my office while the car was being worked on. I didn't even know about the service, but he was very proactive. Also, they have shown me that they stand behind their service and will do what it takes to make the customer happy. Very satisfied! The other staff members I spoke with were also very kind and helpful. More

I tried to get an appointment from any nearby Hyundai dealers ASAP. They all seem reluctant and lazy because of the timing(it's 4 P.M. on Saturday). Finally I called Towne Hyundai and their service advisor John Brock quickly gave me an appointment next Tuesday morning to get a replacement tire. John also quoted the price on the phone. He is very polite and efficient when I need the help most. I truly appreciate their willingness to serve the customers. Finally, my Sonata is fixed. I think this dealership is doing an excellent job in everything. My 7-year-old Sonata also serves us well. I am thinking my next Sonata already...Thank you Towne Hyundai for giving me such a good experience! More

Her advice fixed my problem in less than 10 seconds. I leased my hyundai Elantra through Wayne Hyundai and their service center gave me a run-around for this problem with a simple solution. I decided to call Towne hyundai and my problem was fixed over the phone avoiding having to visit a service center like Wayne told me I would have to do. But they said they couldn't provide me with a courtesy car until a week later. Danielle fixed my problem and helped me avoid the inconvenience of driving around with no stereo for a week. She was knowledgeable, confident, polite, and friendly and I was happy she answered the phone for me. I didn't have to wait on hold and I didn't have to wait for a solution. She knew what to do immediately and my problem was solved. My lease is up in a month and I am going to visit Towne Hyundai for my new vehicle instead of Wayne Hyundai because of this excellent experience I had.
