My sales person, Joe Ippolito, who made my buying experience two years ago beyond exceptional, still comes over everytime that I am in for servicing and says hello, asks how the car is doing, and just makes me feel like a real VIP. The car is great, the best I have ever owned, and I am very happy with it. I would recommend Hyundai to anyone, and Towne Hyundai especially, because of people like Joe Ippolito. It just doesn't get any better than this. More

Didn't perform a serve I paid for I went in for a recall and they suggested a number of services, which I had them go ahead with, for a total of over $600. When I got the car home I n I went in for a recall and they suggested a number of services, which I had them go ahead with, for a total of over $600. When I got the car home I noticed that they license plate light bulbs had not been replaced. I called them, and they did not have a record of the service. They said they would give me a refund after I sent in an email of it, which I did. I followed up with an email the next day, and still did not hear back. I called the next day, and the service manager would not give me a refund and told me I had to bring the vehicle in, which is difficult due to limited available time. I told him how long it takes me to get there and he told me I am wrong. I do not appreciate the way I was spoken to, and the fact that I was promised a refund and they would then not follow through. I sent them an email, and never heard back. More

Dealer service personnel I want to recognize two individuals in the Towne Hyundai service department. The one I deal with most often is Danielle labady. She is a competent p I want to recognize two individuals in the Towne Hyundai service department. The one I deal with most often is Danielle labady. She is a competent pleasant lady who has the capability to reduce the irritation of having an auto problem to manageable levels. Also, she is knowledgeable about many service issues and establishes service priorities in a timely acceptable manner. A real professional and pleasant to deal with. The other individual is Brian Drake. While I have dealt with him less often, when I have he has the same positive qualities as Danielle. If the product (my 2011 Sonata Limited) performed as well as these two individuals Hyundai would have a much better product and I would be a happier customer. Bill Schwingel More
