Though all of our certified used vehicles do pass a comprehensive multi-point inspection, we are unable to predict when a tire will go flat as this is often caused by sharp debris picked up on the road. It is not our policy to return vehicles due to a flat tire, but I do see that Jeff was able to replace your tire free of charge upon the reopening of our service department after the Christmas holiday.
