“Bait and switch” mean anything to anyone? i went onsite, negotiated my best deal with a sales manager named Seymore. I came back the next day to leave a deposit and was told by Rich Freeman that he can't h negotiated my best deal with a sales manager named Seymore. Seymore of course was out, couldn't be reached, and I was told "too bad" that's what we can do. Now this is after having had them lie to me about a Toyota service plan, this is after me having to prove my driveshaft clunk existed, and printing out the Toyota Service Bulletin to prove an actual issue existed, and when my headlights started fogging on the inside...ANOTHER known issue ---they wouldn't fix it even with my PLATINUM warranty because I didn’t notify them before 36k miles. WT? who would EVER go back to this place. The one redeeming value was the NEW general mgr. called and was trying to work something out, but by that time I’d had it with Towne Toyota. Save your $$ and patience and go somewhere else. More

I was looking for a certified pre-owned car and I found one matching my need from Towne Toyota. I had been to some other dealerships and usually I felt a lot of pressure from the salespeople. However, my experience at Towne Toyota is completely different. I met a salesman named Sandor Filiszar. He was very friendly and helpful. He showed me the car and explained to me the details of the certified pre-owned car program. I was completely stress free during the whole time and was given whatever time I need to make my decision. Eventually, I bought the car with a good price. Later, I found a minor problem with the car. I contacted Sandor and he helped me make all the necessary arrangements so that the issue could be addressed as soon as possible. I definitely would recommend the dealership to my friends and would like to thank Sandor for providing such great customer service. More

I desperately needed a "new" vehicle - my old one was a gas guzzler with ongoing electrical issues. However, secondary to a short sale my credit was less than stellar. I did some research on fuel efficient vehicles and was impressed with the Toyota Prius. I went online to search for available vehicles at nearby Toyota dealerships. I found one I liked at Towne and headed off to see what kind of a deal I could get. Josh was my salesperson and he and Jeff in financing worked hard to get me the best possible deal - despite my credit issues. I look forward to using my auto loan to continue to improve my credit score. I drove my "new" 2010 Prius off the lot that evening. So far, I am thrilled with everything about it, but especially how comfortable the ride is and the amazing fuel economy I am now getting! Very friendly staff in person and over the phone. I originally stopped by Towne Toyota to check out a cheap little Chevy s-10 that I saw advertised on the internet. The Chevy ended up being a total lem originally stopped by Towne Toyota to check out a cheap little Chevy s-10 that I saw advertised on the internet. The Chevy ended up being a total lemon (in their defense, the dealer was completely upfront and honest, informing me that it had just been taken in on a trade and the mechanic hadn't even inspected it yet). Long story short, when I pulled into the lot to check out the s-10, I saw a beautiful double cab tacoma sitting on the lot (I had always wanted a tacoma however could never afford one). The salesman who I dealt with, (Josh Wolfson - great guy btw) knew the sticker price on the tacoma was a bit out of my budget however he worked very hard with the dealer to get the price down to something I could afford. in full disclosure: we did have a bit of a hiccup during the buying process due to a miscommunication on the dealerships end, however they recognized it was their mistake and worked with me to get me an incredible deal on the exact truck I wanted. I would go to Towne Toyota again without hesitation. More

I have purchased several Toyotas from Towne Toyota but the main reason I go there is their great Service Department. Lisa is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. This is important since I often wait for minor service. There is never a hassle about a loaner car if the service requires a long time. In fact she would offer a choice of cars. The mechanics that I have dealt with are also very knowledgeable and honest. They have never tried to sell me any service that I did not need. I recently went in for what seemed like an intermittent alternator. They could have easily sold me an alternator but Chris , their electrical expert, insisted on checking out the wiring. He found a corroded connection which was the problem. They charged me nothing even though he had spent two hours on the job. I never have to use any coupons for service since Lisa gives a better price. With such great service, why would I go anywhere else! More
