This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. From start to finish, the communication was unacceptably poor, both through their portal and in their follow-up. They failed to me with a dealership. From start to finish, the communication was unacceptably poor, both through their portal and in their follow-up. They failed to meet the promised delivery schedule and did not bother to notify me of the delay. To make matters more confusing, their app still shows my service as incomplete. The most alarming part of this visit, however, was a severe safety hazard caused by their negligence. The Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection report falsely claimed my tires were inflated to the factory-recommended pressure. In reality, they overinflated all the tires to 70 PSI—the absolute maximum pressure printed on the tire sidewall. Given the current extreme heat, this level of overinflation could have easily caused a high-speed blowout on the highway, putting my safety at serious risk. Finally, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, they left me waiting for over 30 minutes, continuously bringing out cars for customers who had arrived long after I did. Completely unacceptable customer service and incredibly unsafe maintenance practices. I will not be returning. More
