Poor customer service I recently had my Prius in for a routine service. They did not review the vehicle's nationwide record and "suggested" I change my spark plugs for 320 I recently had my Prius in for a routine service. They did not review the vehicle's nationwide record and "suggested" I change my spark plugs for 320 dollars. If they had reviewed the nationwide record they would have seen that I had my spark plugs changes one year ago at another Toyota dealership which charged me only 160 dollars. I spoke with a manager in the service department and showed her my receipt from the previous service and she claimed that they do not control the price of the parts. I doubt the Toyota authorized spark plugs in Northern California cost half as much as the Carlsbad spark plugs. I do not have confidence in the Toyota Carlsbad anymore and I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

Outstanding Professional Courteous SERVICE Dave went above and beyond to find and fix the problems with my highlander. I was vacationing here when my car broke down. I just had a rebuilt engin Dave went above and beyond to find and fix the problems with my highlander. I was vacationing here when my car broke down. I just had a rebuilt engine installed at Vegas Toyota. It was a bad alternater. Dave did a free 7 point inspection and discovered steering fluid leak which Vegas Toyota also needs to fix. Dave even provided me a shuttle to pick up my car after they quickly repaired it. He spoke with service at my Vegas Toyota and even advised me how to get better served by them! And he gave me a free car wash! Even the cashier at Carlsbad Toyota was a delight. Dave said I can call him anytime with questions or concerns. Definitely felt in good hsnds with Dave at Carlsbad Toyota. Thank you! More

When he mentioned my service would be approximately 3 hours, I said, 'That's less time than I was quoted yesterday of 4-5 hours. Tom said, 'Since you were expecting 4-5 hours we can give you a complimentary Supreme car wash service. This turned out very nice. The 92K mile service was completed on time. I love the coffee and comfortable, internet and cable friendly lounge area. More
