I had a very unpleasant experience today. The Man who helped me was very rude and didn't inform me of the changes in the waiting area. My car was taken in for a service at 35K. I’m not satisfied with this recent visit. They left dirty paper towels inside the car, air caps were loose and now I have missing caps.
