Ridiculous service and unproffesional, Took my Truck for recall service and made appointment at 7am. it took them 4 hours to replace a simple part that i could have done it myself in less Took my Truck for recall service and made appointment at 7am. it took them 4 hours to replace a simple part that i could have done it myself in less than an hour. after leaving dealer my truck developed a squeaking noise from engine and also tech broke my heater knob. called and reported to toyota. Tom Grasser got back to me via text but when i called and left message about the 2 issues mentioned above + evidence or video footage before making ACCUSATIONS that no ONE TOUCHed my engine other than recall issue but no one GOT BACK TO ME at all. I know that im not a paying customer but seeing all those people arrive 2 hours after me and leaving with their cars an hour later, I made me mad and hate being put aside or on the pay no mind/attention to Recall Customer. My advice to you if you read this.... Learn how to fix your vehicle and save $. More

Overall the service was completed. Only issue I had was being told that the Bluetooth (BT) not working was fault of my cellphone. After the truck stayed longer.
