Tom said, 'Since you were expecting 4-5 hours we can give you a complimentary Supreme car wash service. This turned out very nice. The 92K mile service was completed on time. I love the coffee and comfortable, internet and cable friendly lounge area. More

The entire staff, from scheduling to reception to the cashier desk, were most pleasant and everyone displayed the utmost in professionalism. As good as they all were, I cannot overstate the ‘above and beyond’ professionalism exhibited by Service Advisor Mr. Shawn Hodges! Clearly the most knowledgeable, forthright, and personalized customer service support I have received anywhere (not just within the automobile services support arena)!
