It only takes one to ruin it and that one is Service Advisor Javier Aguirre. I arrived to pick up my vehicle from service, and was ignored by about 15 minutes only to find out that my advisor had le Advisor Javier Aguirre. I arrived to pick up my vehicle from service, and was ignored by about 15 minutes only to find out that my advisor had left for the day. When I asked Javier for assistance he told me that I could wait another 40 minutes or seek assistance elsewhere (as he pointed at some of his peers). Service advisor pressured to purchase an extended warranty. I feel like they used predatory means to ensure they make a sale.
