I just bought a used 2022 Toyota Camry from Toyota of Chula Vista and my experience there was excellent. The vehicle was inspected and any issues prior to sale were either fixed or replaced. For example they put on new tires and replaced all the fluids. Leo Aguirre was did a good job helping me get a really fair deal and everyone involved was very professional. I showed up on a busy Saturday and two hours later left with the vehicle. Most importantly, sales manager Cameron Kline went out of his way to help rectify a minor issue I found after driving for two weeks. He didn't have to do it but he did which shows a quality organization. I'll seek to buy my next car here! More
Service advisor was helpful and friendly, however had an appointment scheduled at 1030 and the car was not ready until 1700 for a routine oil change. Would recommend a better system for prioritizing actual appointment scheduled at 1030 and the car was not ready until 1700 for a routine oil change. Great service, nice personnel and very welcoming. Daniel, the assessor went out of his way to help and make me feel heard and understood and help me throughly understand the process. Definitely not the Toyota service I am accustomed to. The service rep was condescending. Instead of listening to my concerns, he continually interrupted. It took 3.5 hours to complete a scheduled single tire replacement. At hour 2 I checked on the status of my vehicle and the service rep implied it was my fault for scheduling it at lunch time. More
