Website advertising states lower prices for services, but when you go inside to get service, it is more. False advertising! worst service i have ever received from any dealership. i have ever been too. the service advisor was a total xxxxx and delayed my service for over 45 minutes just because she could. very unprofessional i have ever been too. the service advisor was a total xxxxx and delayed my service for over 45 minutes just because she could. very unprofessional and rude. she also took over 20 minutes to let me pay. she purposely took a 20 minute call right when i got there instead of taking care of her customers that were waiting for her. i doubt i will ever go back to this location. i purchased my truck here and up to this point had decent service. if u do go there dont get vanessa to help you More

I took my Corolla in for a service and left it with Service Manager Carlos Carrillo and informed him that I need it back by 12 pm due to a doctors appointment that I had at 1 pm. At 11:55 he texted me that the car was ready and that I could come and get it, but he was going to lunch at 12. No other instructions. There was no way that I could get to the dealership in 5 min. but I knew from past experience anyone could pull my paperwork and check me out.gone. I showed upat 12:15 and sure enough he was gone. I asked another manager who could check me out and he said anyone but he himself was going out to lunch, so I walked down to another service manager. That manager said "Oh, I can't do it because I don't have access to his computer." None of the men next to him offered to check me out. I waited 50 min.at Carlos's window when someone else showed up looking for him. She asked it someone else could check her out and the lady next to him said she could and she did. I was flabergasted. I told I had asked some other agend at the end and he said he could not help me and now I had missed my doctors appointmennt. This young lady went to his desk, pull out my paper work,, (NEVER LOGGING ON TO HIS COMPUTER!) and checked me out. It was 1:15 and Carlos was STILL not back from his 1 hour lunch. This type of service and accountability is unacceptabable. Carlos should have called me around 11:30 and said they are working on your car, so you can head down shortly because I am going to lunch at noon. No courtesy whatsoever. Thanks for making me miss a doctors appoint I have waited 3 months for. I doubt I will be back to Chula Vista Toyota. More
