Not to mention, I wasted two days of work during this process and they did not offer anything in return for the neglect of figuring out my circumstances first, now I have to take them to small claims court

As we have already explained to you, the recall involves an initial inspection to determine if the truck has a tow hitch with the original wiring harness. If so, we replace the harness with upgraded parts as instructed. If the vehicle does not come equipped with a tow hitch receiver, the inspection is complete and no repairs are necessary. We performed the inspection on your vehicle and found that, not only did it not come equipped with the tow hitch receiver, but your bumper has been replaced and our technician noticed cut wires underneath which were unrelated to a wiring harness. That fact that you disagree with these findings does not change the qualifying parameters of this recall.

Nope! You guys are making that up ! Completely unprofessional and scamming people on there recall I will see you in court, I had two missed days of work because your technician told me my vehicle qualified for the recall and spent 3 hours past my scheduled appointment the second day for nothing ! The first day I went there with an appointment and waited four hours so your technician could look over my vehicle. They never told me it did not qualify that day. They did not even have the part in the shop, but they still scheduled an appointment for me that day to come back the next day. I was a little upset about that let alone two days missing work to get this done. I told the technician I had to miss days off work to get this done and they did not want to help me out with any compensation from missing time off with no help nothing was done. We just wasted time they could’ve looked up my vehicle VIN number on the phone when I first gave them my VIN number to schedule the first appointment and told me if my vehicle qualified or not they told me it did that’s why they set the schedule appointment up for me to get the repair done all of a sudden nothing was done
