Good service and friendly staff, but I left feeling a bit let down. I dropped off my car right after work, still in uniform, and wasn’t informed about the military discount on parts until after I had already let down. When I asked about it, they told me there was nothing they could do since the transaction was complete. I easily could’ve saved over $100. It’s frustrating, especially when businesses say they support service members, but don’t make that support clear or accessible up front. Just wish they had been more upfront about it. More

Horrible customer service I had a recall on the trailer harness for my truck and they try to tell me I did not qualify even though I got the notice that I do qualify.
