My over all experience with my service tech was great! Although the timeline for the over all warranty work was far too long (three weeks). From looking at it to pick up. And the dealership could have done better to keep me informed. Also not have a rental offered by the dealership throughout the process possed a huge inconvenience. Most dealerships offer courtesy/rentals during the warranty process. Not to mention when I picked up my vehicle for the repairs I had to bring the vehicle back because the switches and mechanism were not programmed properly. So even though yes it was repaired, it still was not functioning how it should!! For three weeks worth of work that was 100% not acceptable. More
