When we came in at 7 am to drop off our car the young man who came to meet us was rude. He stated you are 2 hours early. We tried to tell him we are just trying to drop off our car. But he was so focused on who came to meet us was rude. He stated you are 2 hours early. We tried to tell him we are just trying to drop off our car. But he was so focused on the fact that he thought we were dropping off our car to jump the line for service that it took several times of us telling him that we were just trying to drop off our car.
