I had a very poor experience with Jesús Salazar. There was a lack of communication on his part regarding whether my 2023 Tacoma was ready on 7/20/2026. Then today, 7/21/2026, I brought in my 2020 C-HR, and he made me wait a long time. He didn’t arrive at the scheduled appointment time, and I ended up having to fill out the service form myself so I could leave the car there and get to work. I understand that unexpected situations can happen, and I don’t mind delays as long as there is good communication. However, during both of these visits, I did not receive good customer service.
