Subject: Feedback on Recent Service Visit – 2026 Camry XSE Dear Service Manager/Dealership Team, I am writing to share feedback on my recent service visit regarding my 2026 Camry XSE (521 miles). Th XSE Dear Service Manager/Dealership Team, I am writing to share feedback on my recent service visit regarding my 2026 Camry XSE (521 miles). The right rear tire (Bridgestone 235/40R19 EL440) developed a bubbling leak. While I understand tires are not always covered under warranty, I was disappointed with how the situation was handled. The replacement tire cost was $370 plus $35 labor, which is significantly higher than typical market pricing for this exact Bridgestone model. An alignment was recommended at only 521 miles, which felt unnecessary for a brand‑new car and added $160 to the bill. The entire process took four hours, which seemed excessive for a single tire replacement. This experience left me feeling that upselling was prioritized over customer care. As a new Toyota owner, I had hoped for a more supportive and fair approach, especially so early in ownership. I encourage the dealership to review pricing practices, avoid recommending services that are not clearly necessary on new vehicles, and improve efficiency so customers don’t spend half a day on routine issues. Sincerely, Steven Davis More
