This Is not a Toyota Dealership. I’ve been a customer of this dealership for 18 years (under the previous owners). I had a Tacoma for 12 years and have had my 4Runner for not quite 6 years. On a recent visit to Service (9/19/23) fo (under the previous owners). I had a Tacoma for 12 years and have had my 4Runner for not quite 6 years. On a recent visit to Service (9/19/23) for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation) on my 2018 4Runner (which had 45,500 miles), the Service department told me I needed $1,144 of additional work (including a Power steering fluid exchange, Differential service, Transfer case service, etc.). The dealership is under new ownership and my first thought was they’re trying to up-sale me. My second thought was … if I really need the things they claimed I needed, for a vehicle that is under 6 years old with under 50K miles … then my next vehicle will NOT be a Toyota! I was told by my service advisor that my tires were rotated, but ‘Tires Rotated’ was not marked on the service report. When I asked my advisor about it, he assured me that my tires had been rotated even though my service report didn’t indicate so. I had been told twice that my routine maintenance service would take about 1 hour. It took 2 hours (which I guess is explained by the list of additional work they said is needed on my vehicle). My next experience will determine whether I continue to patronize this dealership and Service center. More

My elderly aunt took her Corolla in for a no start. Luckily it was just the battery. She was "helped" by a pushy rude service advisor named Faye. After telling her she needs a battery she attempts to u Luckily it was just the battery. She was "helped" by a pushy rude service advisor named Faye. After telling her she needs a battery she attempts to upsell her a throttle cleaning service for $150! Cleaning the throttle on a 2015 Corolla takes approx one minute and on that model should be included with the battery install. It's a shame when pushy advisors take advantage of people they think don't know any better just to pad their own paycheck. More

The seatbelts in the back row of my car started fraying at the spot where they retract into the car. Since my car was still under the original manufacture warranty, I took my car into the dealership MotorC at the spot where they retract into the car. Since my car was still under the original manufacture warranty, I took my car into the dealership MotorCars Toyota to get the seatbelts replaced under the warranty. MotorCars Toyota says the seatbelts fraying is likely caused by a children's car seat and since the car seat is an outside source they don't consider this a parts defect and they won't replace the seat belts under warranty. Corporate Toyota offered to cover the cost of the actual parts but I would cover the labor. I just had the seatbelts replaced and they wanted to charge me $822.65 for something that took them less then two hours. When I asked why so much, the rep said "it is a 6 hour job, just because our techs can get it done quickly, why should we lose out". More
