Pissed I called and made an appointment for this Saturday June 30 services that were to done was oil change and light bulb for headlight. They ran a check to see if there was any recalls on my vehicle, they said yes on my 2 sliding door on my van. So I let me do the recall work also. They called me the same day and said your vehicle is ready for pick up, where I messed up at when I went to pick up my vehicle was I didn’t check the recall work(sliding doors) went to open doors a short time later and they wasn’t working properly and before the work was done I didn’t have a issue with them. Called dealership took my car back today Monday July 2, 2018 and now I’m told that it can’t be fixed under the recall claiming there was previous damage to the doors which was working fine before the work was done Saturday. If there was damage it should have been addressed before u did the initial recall on Saturday. So now I’m told I must pay for the services out of pocket or basically deal with my doors not working. Very disappointed all the money and time I put into this business was a very loyal customer but don’t think I will be returning or sending potential customers your way. More

The only complaint I had is that my automatic light setting was turned off, and I did not realize it until later that night, when I found I was driving without lights. Please have the service attendants not touch any settings, or return them to the original setting. More

I learned never to deal with anyone but this dealership I bought a 2015 RAV4 back in the middle of April from a place called North Coast Auto Mall do not go there. I made a mistake purchasing my Rav there which I was lead to believe that it was in a fender bender nothing serious and was guaranteed by Car fax not so. The front bumper was losse they took it from me for 6 days and never fixed it. Gave me a piece of junk to drive . I dealt with Frank Bruno at Motorcars and in the body shop a young man by the name of Robert . Both of them are very professional and I had my car fixed this morning in a mater of 1 hour. Your dealership will be my dealership from now on by the way I bought my 1st new Rav there back in 02 . exceptional service department On 1/6/17 my wife and I left our home driving to Florida (it was 7 degrees out side). Every time we tried using our windshield washers they would free On 1/6/17 my wife and I left our home driving to Florida (it was 7 degrees out side). Every time we tried using our windshield washers they would freeze up and we had to return home to thaw them out. We tried leaving three times and the same thing happened every time. After the last time I called Motor Cars Toyota In Cleveland Heights and talked to the service manager Don Shaffer. He told me that my reservoir had to be drained and winter fluid had to be installed. Since this vehicle was last serviced in Florida it probably had washer fluid that had no antifreeze. Mr. Shaffer set up an appointment within the hour and personally drained the reservoir and installed the proper washer fluid enabling my wife and I to get on with our travels in a safe manner. I purchased a Honda CR-V Motor Cars Honda so I have been a customer of Motor Cars. I am so impressed with Don Shaffer's knowledge and work ethic that I will only let his service department work on my vehicle from now on. Thank You Don, Ed and Karen Bencin More
