I was recently in a car accident and the body shop that State Farm recommended couldn't seem to get my car fixed right. After countless return trips and arguments with the insurance company I took my vehicle to Toyota Motorcars in Cleveland Heights. Chris Shepard the service tech was kind enough to ride along with me so I could explain the sound I was hearing in the rear of my vehicle. After our ride he concluded that he felt he knew how it could be fixed. Keith Cifra was my local contact in the service department and was extremely helpful in not only identifying a few other problems but more importantly working with the insurance company. When Keith wasn't in the office Don Shaffer the Service Manager stepped in and helped make sure everything was on schedule. Keith was very helpful in communicating with me throughout the process and making sure the vehicle was repaired correctly and to my expectation. A big thanks to Chris, Keith and Don. Out of the way customer service I got a new cell phone and didn't know how to hook up the blue tooth on my Camry. The salesman was EXTREMELY courteous, and friendly, Although he didn't sell me the car he took his time to make sure I was satisfied. He is the kind of salesperson who I would most likely ask for when I'm ready for another car. More

Mark your tires and oil filter, they might not do the job. Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. I suspected that they did not rotate my tires last time I was there, so this time I marked my tires. T Went there for an oil change and tire rotation. I suspected that they did not rotate my tires last time I was there, so this time I marked my tires. They brought my car, charged me for oil change and tire rotation. I check the tires and they were NOT rotated. I asked nicely whether my tires were rotated. The mechanic who did the job, said "yes". I replied that no, they were not rotated. And here we go, he said 'I gotcha, where is your car, I will do job now, I did not rotate 'cause your vehicle is not front wheel drive and good tires where on the back". I replied that they charge me for the rotation, that does not matter. Now I wonder if they change oil filter. Even though they reimburse the charges for oil change and tire rotation, I am very reluctant to go there next time. Several times they were very sloppy as well - I got oil spots in the garage after I change oil there. More

Weak Customer Service I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with this dealership specifically the service department. I called last week to set-up a recall appointm I want to express my complete dissatisfaction with this dealership specifically the service department. I called last week to set-up a recall appointment for a notice I received from Toyota a lady at your service department set me up for appointment for Saturday May 31, 2014. When I arrived I wait about 10 minutes because it was busy but no problem. When Ms. Lockett waited on me she reviewed why I was there and she said they did not have the parts for the recall notice. She tried to contact a couple of manager but none where found using there PA system and their cell phones which is pretty weak a manager should always be available. She did apologize why someone didn’t contact me to cancel the appointment but it sounded like the appointment should never been set-up. I don’t know why anyone at this amateur dealership didn’t contact me either. I scheduled some appointments around this drop off so I had to back track back to my house and wasted about an hour and half really didn’t appreciate this very shoddy service since your dealership prides itself on customer service. More
